Fairly good selection and you can find some reasonable prices. Staff is mostly friendly when you can find them.

Not sure if my issue is with Belk or Clinique. I went there to specifically get a free gift with purchase through Clinique. The free gift was supposed to include a free full size moisturizer. When I checked out, I was told they were out of the moisturizer that came as the free gift with purchase. They gave me two tiny samples instead, a fraction of what I should’ve received. I noticed that they actually had the full size moisturizer in their counter but they refused to give it to me even though I spent the required amount to receive it. They said they ran out of the free ones that go in the gift and the ones in the counter are for sale. In my opinion, you should receive a free full size (as advertised) if there is one available in the store. There’s no difference in the one that comes as a free gift and the one you’re selling in the counter. Poor customer service.

We came to exchange shoes my lady ordered online for the same shoe just in a different size. The employees were friendly and helpful. However, they didn't have her size in stock, but she was able to return for a refund. I wondered around looking for cologne. I’m not usually a Belk shopper, however, I was looking for a specific evening dress today, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this Belk. Two separate employees were both rude, and seemed bothered and annoyed that I was asking where the dresses were located, and then again, when I asked a different employee where the fitting rooms were. She literally huffed at me and acted as if she was annoyed to do her job. (Jewelry counter, today at 1:30) The dress selection was minimal to none for evening wear, and after the attitude I was given, I decided I’d rather just leave. Had I been treated with a little bit more respect and politeness, I would’ve considered browsing the shoes and handbags. Horrible selection, overpriced, and rude employees on top of all that. I will try Macys.

Helpful employees and well organized Carrollton store, not so the Newnan store which looks like a bargain basement, mishmash of multiple garments and no employees available. Almost refused to shop Belks again! Come on Newnan store - clean it up and hire help!

I'm about to go on a cruise and I needed a few more clothes . I stopped by Belks to see if they was anything I might be interested in. They did have some sales on that was nice ,But I didn't see a place you could check the prices and the app was not working the ladies said that the service (WiFi) must have been down.. i was not very happy at this time.I am disabled so you don't have any carts that people could possibly shop in . I didn't see any benches that people could possibly sit down at to get their breath .I was shopping for 3 hours or so . I didn't even get out of the ladies' section . I know there was a lot more stuff to look at. I had planned to go back shopping again on Wednesday. I just couldn't do two days in a roll .
