Thank you for allowing me to use the restroom. When we away from home it’s important to have a place that is willing to allow restroom privileges to their customers or else we should no longer shop there.

Super ghetto. Staff is either lazy, rude, or on the phone. Attendants never know where anything is and the air hose is always broken. Had to go all the way to the other side of town to get air in my tire after BUYING my own air gauge because the free one was lost, and yet the store hadn’t replaced it. Horrible store.

Went to use the restroom, men's toilet seat, after I put it down, had dried globules of urine on the seat. Floors were strewn with paper and floor was wet all over. Smelled awful. I won't go inside for quite some time

This is the second time that I have gone to that gas station and it has cleaned my bank account out when I’m getting gas, and it won’t even let me pump gas. It cleaned out my last $60 and now I’m left stranded with no gas and no money. I will never return to that store again.

This gas station charges you an additional 25 dollars if you use a credit card at their pumps. I went to the station to see why they charged my card an additional dollar and amount and was told and I quote " they charge everyone who uses a card at the pumps an additional 25 dollars " I will never do any business at that station anymore. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and was told by the bank to destroy my card due to potential fraud. If I could give a lower score I would.

Food is always great and always arrives or is ready for pick up super quick! There have been times when I've had to wait , not even that long, and was offered complimentary items to make up for it. Usually super helpful staff! Also clean location! Definitely recommend over Subway locations.

Look, the sandwiches are good. The problem is the customer service. Sandwich ordering should be pretty easy (especially when the place is not busy at all): I tell you what I want on my sandwich, you make the sandwich. Easy Peasy. I don't want to hear that corporate, or your shift manager doesn't let you put tomatoes on only half the sandwich, or do light mayo, or put onions on the side, or whatever. Focus less on the corporate rule book and more on your customer's needs. Just be friendly, have good customer service, honor very reasonable requests, and make the sandwich; then, we can both be happy. Is that so hard?

Excellent! I always order with the App on my phone so that it saves time in my busy schedule! Fresh, delicious meal with each visit at the carrollton location next to the University. I definitely recommend!

Subway all day long! Im not a Sub guy, but when I want one..I want one and I also want to get my moneys worth which is why I said Subway. I can pile that thing with so many veggies free of charge till they can even close the thing even though the meats may not be as great. But at least it looks and feels like a $7-$8 Sub. Its different with Jimmy Johns. I wasn't impressed at all. Even though the meat is better quality, the Sub looks like something you would buy at a gas station, Just meat and bread with a few Veggies sprinkled. This location was not impressive at all and I have had JJ in different parts of the city. The best would be Fulton Industrial location. Good, full subs that look and taste wonderful. At heir for over 2 yrs while I was working on that side of town and it was on point. Sorry Carrollton Location, just didnt do it for me..

Terrible customer service, got my order wrong, the manager blamed the wrong transaction on my boyfriend, and she was not helpful AT all!!! Don't order from here, if you want things done right.
