“I was in town visiting family, and my 8-month old platinum battery from my hometown O’Reilly’s in East Texas was completely dead the day before I was to leave. Jay checked the battery, and it tested “good”, but he was so concerned about my long drive back that he went ahead and honored the warranty and put a new battery in my car. He also checked my alternator and that tested “good” as well. That’s why I continue to do business with O’Reilly. They are all over the country and can always be trusted. That is extremely important to me. Jay was so professional and friendly, and I appreciate so much how well he took care of my issue.
