Going into Barnes Store is like going to visit an old relative. I've always been made to feel right at home when I visit. The folks there are always helpful and knowledgeable!

This store was an hour away from me... So I specifically called ahead to make sure they had the shoes I wanted in my size..the man replied instantly that they did...I drive AN HOUR to get here for my shoe he checks in the back and goes "oh we don't have that size but we have one size up and one size down". HOW DOES THAT HELP ME! Why say you have the size when you don't!! Wasted 2 hours of driving and all that gas because your workers are too lazy to actually see what they have before they say they do

Store is nice and all but the workers blow. No welcome or if I needed any help. The woman in blond just gave me a stare and walked off as if she’s so busy on this lovely Tuesday.
