“After having a distasteful "delay" with opening a business account, the branch manager and business account rep called me and followed up in a very quick timely manner. I was of course wanting to open up the account when I wanted to open it, but their communication with me after the phone rep scheduled me to meet with an employee that's no longer working at that branch, the manager communicating with an available employee and that employee calling me to get everything ready for me before I met with her is respectable!I have to put my pride aside and realize they're operating within a corporate structure and they're able update me even though the corporate side had old information.”
