Have banked with this specific bank in my home town long before BOA boutht it and have always loved their custome service, have several accounts including my main one for my business BUT, I am NOT tech savvy, so, I choose to "keep it simple stupid" and do as little via technology that is simple quick and does not necessarly require customer to be TECH SAVY in order to do things such as make a phone call to my bank and expect to have my call answered by a real person! Not so...no one answers and instructrions are to keep calling, or do it on line by some process which I was not at all familiar with...so my only option to accomplish this task which includes cancelling an in person app't. and reschedualing which will amount to a LOT of time to do something that should take no more than 5 minutes to accomplish with live people CS answering a dedicated CS in person option! NOT EVERYONE IS TECH SAVVY AND IN PERSON CS HAS THE ADDED VALUE OF PERSONAL ATTENTION...IF I WANTED TO DO PERSONAL BUSINESS VIA AI, I WOULD CHOOSE A BANK THAT WAS ALL ONLINE, NOT A "HOME TOWN" BANK THAT SHOULD ALWAYS OFFER IN-PERSON SERVICES. To get this appointment to resolve a very simple issue, I had to sit and wait for someone on Sat. (35 min) to have someome make an appointment for tomorrow and in trying to notify someone that I have to cancel that one is taking a HUGE amount of time and it still is not happening! I am not a happy (VERY LOOOONNNGGG TIME CUSTOMER!!

Refuse to cash a check and lied about why they wouldn't cash a check, I have been a long time bank member with them but now is the time to close out my account. The very worst customer service!!

Bank manager told me I was welcome to go bank somewhere else. White guy with glasses. He had no regard for me whatsoever. Very rude. The management at this bank is absurd. They run the people that let bank of america use their money away, but if you speak Spanish they will bend over backwards to help not fair. Discrimination at its finest. Should be called bank of Mexico in georgia.

This is a joke of an institution, a clubhouse for under educated bankers. They could not tell me WHERE MY MONEY WENT or why my transactions are being grouped together. I was told to not use the app, then pay from a different spot on the app.I was then told to pay using a different accounts information. When I asked how can I take this false statement to my tax rep I received "I understand". Thankfully they took my number to call me 30 minutes later to say they're unable to help me!!! I have a business account that all this happened with and when asking about loans I was told there are only specific incentives for women or minorities so if you are a white male seekin a loan bank of America ain't about helping non wealthy white men at this time.

They LITERLY charge me 10 bucks to cash a 80 dallor check and took over hour to even see me to do so would not recommend any servise people are rude and disrespectful and rasict

Always closed. For a long time now, the doors are ALWAYS locked. Some of us need more banking services than an ATM can provide. This place used to have some great staff — no more.
