“Great place! I had positive vibes after walking into Pugmire Ford in Carrollton. I had called Pugmire Ford in regards to an issue I had been dealing with since December of 2023 with a different Ford service center. I was transferred to Justin, I explained to him that I was dealing with a Ford service Center since December of 2023 and the service adviser kept dropping the ball to put it mildly. We discussed what was wrong with the truck and he then put Vincent on the matter. Vincent had a tech look at my truck and resolved my issues the next day after they recieved the parts. “I literally almost gave up on my car before calling king street care. It had been a whole month looking for rims and I called and spoke to Terrance. He helped me so much he found me some really nice black rims and they were brand new. The tire place wasn’t too far from king street so he even dropped off my rims to them! I was gonna have to wait for 3 days because the lugs didn’t fit so he picked them up for me in Atlanta and I had my car ready that Friday! I owe this man the world!!! 6 stars instead of five!”

I feel he’s very fair and trustworthy. Anytime I go get some tires I’ll go pick out whichever I think look good, and he’ll show me some that are in even better shape, even when the ones I spot are good enough he always tries to make sure you leave his shop with the best tire possible on your vehicle. And as for the conversations, I’ve stayed there a hour or so after he finished my tires just to keep the conversation going a few times. The office lady was friendly and very professional the mechanic went out of his way to help me get my bike off of my trailer when he was already busy and the only one there at the time. Then the owner showed up, great guy he was in dress clothes he assured me he was changing into his work attire and getting my bike to me as soon as possible and it was less than 45m in and out. “Highly recommend Carroll VW. They did amazing with my car. They fixed my timing issues, my e-brake was inop, replaced my fans, radiator, clutch, and fixed multiple wiring issues. Lowered cars aren't the easiest to work on, but they did great work.”

“Y’all, I want to give a shout out to Mr. Darien Wieher at Southside Tire and Automotive! Myra Beth and I have always used him in the past for our basics - breaks, oil change, and the like; however, our older-model Acura that have suddenly quit cranking. It wasn’t a simple fix.
Mr. Darien put in a good bit of research and sweat to fix the issue, keeping me updated each day. The proverbial “icing on the cake” is that he is genuinely professional, both to me as well as my girls.

“Gabe and Skyler were wonderful! My 89 year old mom's (Phyllis Wilson) car finally gave up and since she still works part time and is very active, we needed to get her something reliable fast!
