“Schaffer 's auto care has the best , most helpful and dedicated mechanics in Carroll County. Charlie and Austin could not have been more helpful. I took my car in due to a heat/ air problem , that was also draining my battery. After replacing some parts , the problem was not resolved. After checking off several possible problems , they pinpointed the issue and resolved it , at no additional charge. I highly recommend them .PS: Two days later after this post my car once again showed the same Engine Hot AC Off dash message. Schaeffer replaced several parts so I am puzzled as to the cause of the continued problem. I have decided to seek a second opinion”
