“Great place for first time renters, small quiet community and reasonable pricing. Maria in the office is very responsive and has been since i first reached out. I toured multiple times and she took us to multiple units to find the best fit. And our maintenance man is always working his hardest and is always very friendly to everybody who stays here. Great place to look into!”

“These apartments are not super high end or anything but they are FAIRLY PRICED. Office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They don't respond to emails very soon... sometimes they forget altogether. But otherwise I've had a great experience here. A few months ago I was having a bad roommate situation and they let me change rooms with no charge on my account. Also rent is due on the fourth not the first so there's no late charges if your paycheck comes in after the first. Miss Tameka is great.”

“Wonderful staff, environment, amenities and clubhouse. TeQuann was an amazing tour guide. He knew some of the professors I was taking and even gave me advice on my major, like what class to take, clubs to join and etc. All around great place”
