If you have been on the fence about weight loss go ahead and join Anchor Fitness. I was one of those people that thought I could never do it. I had been in a gym & done the quick weight loss, only to gain it back plus more. In three months I have went from 186 to 166. Is it tons of weight loss? No. Do I feel great & can easily choose what is better to eat for myself? YES! My journey isn’t stopping here. I am losing the right way, by learning what is good for my body! This is a lifestyle change and I am loving it!

Anchor Fitness provides an amazing program for the whole person that includes the physical, spiritual, emotional and nutritional aspects. The challenging yet encouraging environment has transformed my wife who is now in her best shape in more than two decades. They have also supported me with advice and insights, and were there for our family when our son passed away. Anchor Fitness is so much more than just a workout gym!

This place has changed my life! I have lost more than 40 pounds but I have also gained a community to encourage me and hold me accountable! Ronna and Billy really care about the whole person! Body, mind, and spirit! They are constantly pushing us to do our best! From the workouts to the nutrition plan everything is done with purpose and excellence!

Anchor Fitness is just the absolute best and has changed my life for the better. The nutrition programs and the workouts have helped me lose almost 70 pounds and keep it off for 18 months. Billy and Ronna provide so much encouragement and motivation and have made me fall in love with working out without fear of failing. I love the small classes and the constant monitoring during workouts. I have also made so many life-long friends through Anchor and from the moment you first step through the doors, you can sense it’s different from normal gyms. I love this place and these people!!

Great place to workout! Ronna and Billy know what they are doing and they both are the best encouragers. They know just when to push you to do something that you thought you could not do and they give you accountability! All their clients are so encouraging as well. If you want a great workout, but in a family environment then this is your place!

Anchor Fitness trainers Ronna Bush and Billy Rhyne are extremely motivating to all clients and customers in their program and classes. They helped my husband and I with beginning a nutritional plan to improve our diets by attending the nutrition classes. The workout classes are challenging and both give direction and encouragement. I highly recommend Anchor Fitness to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life.

Anchor Fitness is the best! It’s the only gym I have ever consistently stayed with. All due to the family atmosphere, great workouts, and of course the results, just to name a few! Ronna and Billy are the best encouragers and I love my 5:45am workout family!
