So right from the get-go I, they tried to pull a fast one over me. This set off red flags to me. I'm not saying they're not good people, but be honest when you ask for information. Your drivers license # is the only thing you can use for an MVR not your SS#.

My experience with Melanie and Missy at the local Carrollton office is overwhelmingly excellent service. The customer service you get from the friendly-family environment that is shown to me when I go into the office is so wonderful. Also they help keep me and my covered in insurance. They genuinely care about their customers. LOVE The office staff!
