Great Prices, Patient, and Honest!
I had to take my car in right before I went on a 2 week work trip. Not only was the staff extremely understanding about the delay, but they advised me to get services away from their own shop to save me money. I think that was a great display of integrity and is the main reason I'm leaving this review.

Kenny is the most knowledgeable owner for any car repair. He had our car for over 4 weeks. Thankfully we didn’t need it. Trial and error, looked everywhere for the part he needed, refunded the difference he charged us. He is by far the most honest mechanic I have ever known. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KENNY AND ACCURATE AUTO SERVICE IF YOU WANT CLOSE TO PERFECTION.

I always take my vehicles to Kenny as he is straightforward and honest. I have an old vehicle that is hard to get parts for and he has made available parts work on more than one occasion. He also will not try to sell you on a more expensive repair when it is not necessary.

I almost always prefer to work on my own vehicles to save money, but when a repair is beyond my knowledge or requires tools I don’t have; Kenny at Accurate Auto is the only person I’d trust to get the job done right. The shop may not look like much, but he’s honest and fair. I recently towed my fiancés 95 civic in thinking it had a blown head gasket. After mentally preparing myself to shell out the money for what I was sure would be an expensive repair, Kenny called and said that it was just a heater hose and said he was confident I could repair it myself and waived the diagnostic fee since it only took 5 minutes to locate the problem. Definitely recommend for any and all automotive repairs or maintenance.Services: Auto exhaust system repair

Kenny has serviced my Yolanda (95 Honda Civic) on and off for the last three years. Recently, I came in because a lug nut stud had broke off. It had previously happened a year before but three had popped off. It was definitely a mystery and I was so sure I’d have to search for another mode of transportation. But Kenny spent his time going over it multiple times and found that when I had bought the car, the rims were the wrong sizes. Crazy!!! Gonna be quite a bill on that one but I sincerely trust Yolanda with Kenny. Also very safe shop, even for women. Kenny is a good guy y’all. He is HONEST, thorough, and true.

Kenny's worked on my old Volvo and Hondas and always has done great work and given sensible, practical options for repairing older cars. He is honest and does good work, and that means the most where auto mechanics are concerned. If he can't fix it or there are a lot of potential pitfalls in trying to fix it he will let you know ahead of time. Ask whether it is actually worth fixing an older car, sometimes it is not, every car has a time when the junkyard needs to buy it. His shop stays busy but there is a reason for that. People that know, go to Accurate Auto.

My in-laws love Kenny but he’s never helped me once. Took my highlander in to inquire about an oil change on a Monday to see if I could drop it off Wednesday or Thursday to ensure I could pick it up by the time my kids need to be picked up from school. Even with two or three days notice he refused to schedule me or ensure it could be done. I thought it was a pretty simple request but I suppose not.Fast forward to recently I decided to try again and took my Tundra up there as I can walk home. It needed an oil change and had been starting hard recently with the occasional plume of smoke. Worried it may be a head gasket I asked him to check it out with the availability to leave it for 2 or 3 days. Again he was extremely vague about timing and when he’d even be able to look at it. With little options I left it. 3 business days later I had to call him and he said he cranked it multiple times and it never acted up. I said ok I’ll come and pick it up. Once there I asked how much do I owe and he said nothing. I was a bit shocked as I wanted him to change the oil and actually look at my engine and diagnose it. He said oops I forgot about the oil change. Uh ok I said well I need it can you do it now. He smacks his lips and just says naw I got cars in front of you and we just can’t squeeze you in like that. I can change my oil on 30 minutes in my driveway and he can’t in his shop?! And how is anyone ahead of me when I’ve been waiting for three days. He messed up and refused to even attempt to make it right. I think he hates money. Terrible people skills and worse business practices.Services: General repairs & maintenance
