Within 2 hours, not only did he know what was going on with the truck, but went to get the parts and had it running. He went above and beyond when he made sure that the heat was blowing properly. I am extatic to have such a great mechanic who's willing to come to my home. I will be calling them for my future emergency needs and regular maintenance from now on.”

“I'm the owner I sold a set of new accelera phi-r new tires on May 4 2023 customer called said tires were wore out she claims 3000 miles is all she drove the tire manufacturer requires rotation document to credit wear so original cost was $482.00 installed and balanced I told her I would replace them for 282.00 since she was unhappy she declined she wanted a new set at no cost but the tire manufacturer will not do that”

“It's simple.... Every time im n a pickle with my car i call around looking for whatever part/s I may need to fix my ride. Mr.Jimmy knows exactly what part n where to get it n i mean fast too. A few months ago i needed to replace the rod bearings. So l call the major parts store they either couldn't get the part or it would be a week n the price was outta my budget. I stopped by Crawford Auto parts. Mr . Jimmy had my parts the next morning plus the price was well within my budget. Most of my Auto parts business will belong to Parts City Auto Parts.”

“This place has the best service and if your ever in need of quick, honest and friendly service for a vehicle emergency (happened to me on 3/21/23) or routine maintenance in or around the Carnesville area you should check this place out. The guys were great, friendly and not pushy, just the facts. My radiator decided to exit its useful life and almost left me stranded on my drive on 3/21 from Ga to Ma. 95 miles from home I ended up taking the Carnesville exit and quickly realized I needed serious help to continue my journey. From the time Bristol showed up for work and even before he opened the door to the shop when I told him my problem he and his associate diagnosed, treated and fixed my problem. Soup to nuts took 4 hours and I was on my way again with no problems for the rest of my 18 hour nonstop (except for gas and coffee) drive. Thanks Guys”
