I have been a client of this branch for 4 years. They have always given me excellent service on mortgage, checking. etc. Today Ms Meaihaunist "Mimi" Bitting gave me friendly efficient assistance. Treated me like a VIP. Thanks Mimi.

I hadn't set foot in this branch in more than a decade due to ridiculous staffing (shortage) and overall ineptitude of the few who 'worked' there. I made the mistake of giving them another chance today. NOTHING has changed. It took 20 minutes for the *one* banker to even acknowledge me. When he finally did, he said it would "be a while" before he could get to me. No problem. It'll "be a while" before I bank with WF again.

I have been banking at this branch for eleven years, and all I can tell you is that if you need a banker who knows what they're doing, ask for LaSonya. I just called, and asked to speak with a banker about checking my account to see if a transaction had cleared, and he said he wasn't able to help. I told him another banker had done this for me, but he still refused to help. He said he would transfer me to someone who could help, and if I had any problem to call the number on the back of my card. What's the sense in calling a banker, and being on hold forever, only to talk to a rude person who refuses to help you! LaSonya goes out of her way to help everyone. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Also, I went through the drive-in one day, and before the teller would help me, she wanted to know my Social Security number, and other information before she could do anything. Like I said, I've been banking there for eleven years. They know my S.S. number, and other pertinent information. Why the change? Then to make matters worse, I was trying to place an order online, but my card was declined. It was the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday to contact a banker. He told me that they always put a hold on your account when there are too many withdrawals in one day. It's Christmas time, and like everyone else, especially now, people are purchasing many gifts online. Because I had to wait until the weekend was over, my gift didn't get there on time. At this point I am seriously thinking about changing banks. Wells Fargo doesn't seem to care about their customers like they used to.

I normally don't complain about a business, but I am fed up with the way this branch does business. I don't know if it's management, or what, but nobody seems happy to be there. They also need to hire more help. Sometimes there's only three cars in the drive-through, and it still takes forever because they only have one employee at the window. Now for my biggest complaint. I always have plenty of money in my account, but Wells Fargo only allows me to spend so much in one day. That's not usually a problem, but it's Christmas, and I am trying to get my last shopping done. In one week they froze my account, and now the gifts I ordered online won't get there in time! It's my money, and I should have the right to take it out whenever I need it. I am sixty-five years old, and have never bounced a check in my life. After being with this bank for over eleven years, I think it's time for a change. Maybe they should visit the Wells Fargo on Riverstone Parkway, and take notes. Everything is run so efficiently, and the employees act like they really like their job. Even so, I will still only be allowed to withdraw a limited amount of my money.

They called me first. Due to the static on the phone line and the accent of the woman calling me I could make out it was this branch calling about a recent visit I made but that was about all. I tried returning the call, not sure who I was needing to talk to or why. I got hung up on once by their automated system. I called back three more times trying to find out why they called me and each time I was transferred to the main 800 number for Wells Fargo. They never even answered the phone. If you won't answer the phone how can you help your customers?

The ATM has been out of service every time I have tried to use it. It's either not accepting deposits or just giving an out of service screen. This manager seems to be incompetent.

Nice, friendly staff. They helped me and my wife set up our checking and savings accounts. Always willing to help anytime we stop in. Easy to access drive up ATM. Safe deposit boxes available to rent.

Telller at the drive through, she tried to “predict” a problem that wasn’t actually an issue. She took 3-4 hours of my day, trying to get a tax refund check back, that was deposited in the atm. Not one person at the bank or then toll free number could help, because there wasn’t an actual issue. I had to get my handicapped daughter out, her wheelchair and go to another branch, then waste 4 hours of my day, her day and my husbands day, trying to fix a situation that wasn’t an issue to begin with. It baffles me how she imposed herself onto me and then unable to help. She replied “just call the number on the back of your card” They were equally as useless!
