Walked in at 4:35 p.m. and asked to open a bank account for my infant son. Was told I "need to make an appointment" because the process "takes about an hour." Really? Tell that to the WF banker in Florida who did it for my daughter in 15 minutes. Perhaps they just dont know what they're doing? Regardless -- Instead of gaining a fourth account, we're closing the three we have + our merchant account. Loyalty begets loyalty. We dont need you or your apathy.

I'm guessing they have the same problem as every other company in America. Labor shortages. Can't go inside one person working the window for two lanes. Do not try to come on your lunch break

This location desperately needs to have more tellers on hand. Be prepared to stand in line. Often times there is only one employee transacting business in the lobby.

Connie was so nice! She wished me Happy Birthday, and when I told her I needed a cashiers check for a flooring company she even asked about our renovations.

Long time customer - however, this branch is poorly managed. I recently had to open a new checking account with Genevieve. She set up the wrong account so we accrued fees (thankfully Wells Fargo customer service corrected). Also, she failed to notify social security as she stated she would of transfer of account. On multiple occasions I've attempted to call this brand... Some days the phone would never be answered (as recent as 12/3/15). Also, instances in which I was assured a follow up I wasn't. Poorly managed - I wouldn't be surprised if I am the only one to experience this.
