I came in originally to open an account. I had applied online, but Wells Fargo required me to visit the branch to provide verification documents. I went in without an appointment, as I wasn't aware I would need one. When I walked in I was greeted by Kevin, I told him I needed to open an account and he asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not, and everyone was booked up today. I asked him a quick question and it turned out my issue was simple to fix, as I only wanted an account to view my mortgage, Kevin let me know I could simply log into the app and see my mortgage without an actual savings/checking account. He helped me in a few minutes before his next appointment and he was a great help to me.
Kevin was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout and I really appreciate his assistance today!
PS- You should consider offices for your bankers, instead of those cubicles. The cubicles are open to the entire branch and there is zero privacy. When I am dealing with my banking matters I expect a little privacy, I don't want the entire branch hearing my business. This is the only Wells Fargo location I have ever visited, so I don't know if that is the standard for all branches, or just this location.

Used to have a little account, credit card, and SDBox at this location. After originally stowing some papers into my SDBox I went back about a month later and politely asked some rude little prick to let me add items into my box. He asked me to present ID and my SDBox key and led me to the door of their SDB room. He entered with my key while making me wait outside. So the door closes and he's in that little room alone with my key. Then he comes out and let's me in. I kept the credit card (big deal) and closed out the SDBox and my account. This is a POS Bank Company and a bigger POS location. True story.PS: Call them and try to get past the automated system to a real live person.

Absolute horrible service in the drive-thru! I had six deposits with the slips attached to the checks. The woman said I could only do three. OK I said, do three and I will drive back around and deposit the other three. She said I'd have to come into the bank for that. I said I don't want to come into the bank. I'd just like to come thru the drive thru once again. She refused. I told her I would and draw every single penny out of the bank. I went around front, parked and the line into the bank was out the door.I have had a total knee replacement and it is difficult to get in and out of the vehicle and standing for long periods- thus I use the drive-thru.You have hired the most unaccommodating people such as this woman. She is a disgrace and at the point of confrontation I didn't want to or have to divulge my inability to walk so I didn't.Would it have made a difference??? I think not. She should be fired. I'd be happy to speak with an officer of the bank and I'm sure one of the three deposits I did do at your bank would identify this hapless ignorant woman. Feel free to contact me.Jeannette Coggins

I was looking for a new bank and started with Wells Fargo. I walked in and stood in the lobby looking for someone to help me. I walked over to a lady sitting at a desk and asked where I should wait to open a new checking and savings account. She asked if I had an appointment. I didn't know I needed one. She pointed to a set of chairs and told me to have a seat and someone would help me. I sat down and waited. After 30 minutes of waiting without getting any assistance from anyone at the bank, I walked out. I went to Truist Bank and was immediately met at the door and asked how I could be helped. Within 30 minutes, I had a new checking and savings account with them. That's the correct way to provide customer service. Wells Fargo should take notes.
