Terrible experience trying to fill my prescriptions at this location. My family moved from Marietta to Canton so I had to switch pharmacies. I had such a good experience at the Marietta Walgreens location and at other Walgreens in the past in other states I’ve lived in but at this location, it’s been a terrible terrible experience. The people who answer the phones will re-route you to other departments to avoid talking to you. They say they have “shortages” on their prescriptions and go months without refilling it, no apologies and no follow-up on when prescriptions will, if ever, be available. Just the worst experience. If it weren’t such a pain to switch pharmacies I would have done so already. I’m just a woman trying to get her medication and this location has caused me tremendous headache. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this has been ridiculous.

You let people sit for 30 minutes in the drive thru while you fill their rx while there are a dozen cars behind them. Are you stupid?

This pharmacy is infuriating! I arrived at 750 pm with 2 cars in front of me, and one joined behind me around 755. I came late because they had said the medication was delayed but when I called after 4pm they said they'd fill it later today. Time slipped away from me, but I arrived 10 min prior to closing time. Unfortunately, they did not complete the transaction with the first car until 805 (yes, it took at least 15 min for one transaction). The next car pulled up and they started pulling the window shade down, but did fill their order. I pulled up only to have the shade fully lowered (like I didn't exist). I could see inside and I'm sure they could see outside, as the pharmacist kept giving me the side eye to see if I'd leave. After sitting there, there at least 10 min, I blew my horn, the pharmacist just looked at me...I sat another 5 min and blew again.... all the while watching the pharmacist and 2 other employees ignore me. After sitting there until 20 after 8, being 100% ignored I left, with out a very necessary medication. Needless to say, this is customer DIS-SERVICE!

Walgreens doesn't respect their customers. I showed up at 1:08 for my chicken pox vaccine appointment and was told that they can't administer it since they are leaving for lunch at 1:30. Strange, considering there was nothing in my online appointment booking about this, and there was also a slot available for a 1:30 appointment. I guess if I picked that time I would have found the pharmacy locked and empty. When I pressed for more of an explanation, the pharmacist looked in his drawer and said they don't have the vaccine anyway. He doesn't seem to know is vaccines, considering this one requires refrigeration. Again, why did their online appointment system allow me to make an appt at this specific location and time, and for this specific vaccine? Worst of all, they offered no apology or alternate solutions. Just the attitude of "go away". They clearly don't value their customers.

Night time 8pm 10/27 the male pharmacist was the rudest S.O.B.. I have ever encountered in sometime. He does not need to be in the customer service industry. Not even fast food. For $12/hr. I feel sorry for all those who have to encounter him or work with him throughout the day.

Our neighborhood Walgreens serves as a FedEx receiving site so I stopped by today to drop off my somewhat large/heavy outgoing package. The Walgreens worker tried to discourage me from dropping it there due to the size/weight, instead directing me to the nearest Walmart. However, the package was well within the guidelines as posted on the website. I had already done my research. I CHOOSE to shop at my neighborhood stores (Publix and Walgreens) rather than the big box stores, and I'm certain the Walgreens management/corporate office would frown on their employees directing their customers to one of Walgreens' competitors.

Night time 8pm 10/27 the male pharmacist was the rudest S.O.B.. I have ever encountered in sometime. He does not need to be in the customer service industry. Not even fast food. For $12/hr. I feel sorry for all those who have to encounter him or work with him throughout the day.

Don't get your vaccine here. Staff aren't well organized and are pretty rude. Waited in line while they continually told us if we were after our appointment time they would be forced to reschedule us. Got pulled out of line by a staff member to be checked and it turns out they weren't a pharmacy employee and didn't know what they were doing so I had to go to the back of the line (with that time constraint). Happy I showed up 45 minutes early to get checked in 2 minutes before appointment time and then hear the check in person joke that I was cutting it close. This was my second dose and to be honest my first dose was rough too. Two visits, both bad. Avoid this walgreens.

I paid for a gallon of water to be delivered to my residence. It was not delivered. I arrived at the store to pick it up since it was not delivered. Store manager told me I couldn't take it out of the store, even though I had an E-receipt to show I paid for it. She told me a had to pay for it in the store to pick it up out the store. I told her I wasn't going to pay twice and she refused to look at my receipt. So to make me wait longer than I had to, I had call someone else in the store to get it redelivered. I had to get it redelivered to my house which really wasn't necessary because I was already at the store. Clearly not good customer service by the manager who obviously had an "I don't care" look on her face and in her tone and just walked away without apologizing as if I didn't say anything to her. As if it was my fault. Someone else obviously agrees with me, because they also left them a 1 star as well. You really shouldn't be employing people if they really don't care about customer service. all over a $1.29 gallon of water. I have better things to do with my time. Especially since I was already running late because of their mess up in the first place.
