One of my favorite stores I’m always in here..but it’s flu/covid season and today the cashier clearly had a person with mask on and hospital release papers but didn’t wipe down the card reader after and they usually have sanitizer on side of register for customers but none in site..it would be nice to shop and not worry about bring home the flu.

Lady at the photo shop was super friendly and very helpful. She was able to sort through all the info and figure out what was going on with our photo order.

absolutely the slowest dang place ever! tried to get a script filled at 3 pm and was told it couldn't be filled until 5pm!! what a freaking joke!

Pharmacy at 120 Marietta Hwy. Canton GeorgiaPharmacists here recommended a holistic creme for my dad's shingles pain. This creme caused an infection which put him in the hospital! Do not use these people!! The creme was Emuaid.

This review is SPECIFICALLY for Pixel in the pharmacy! They went above and beyond for me from breaking down the cost of each of my prescriptions even though they were SLAMMED to grabbing my OTC items for me so I did not have to come inside as I was very sick at the time. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and kindness. They are such an asset to the pharmacy at this location. I had went a few days previous and did NOT receive the same positive attitude or service from a woman working the window when I had questions regarding their clinic.

Sign says "best passport photos.." We walk in and ask, and the employee acted like it was the most ridiculous "demand" she had heard all day. If you can't, or won't, do passports photos, don't advertise it.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Walgreens location! Between the store manager and an individual in the pharmacy I will continue to shop there! (I will try to update their names next visit).

My experience I have had at Canton Walgreen’s has always been positive. My prescriptions are always ready on time and more importantly they take the time to research the lowest cost via my insurance or discount cards. Always friendly, professional, and answer all my questions. Also convenient to pick up other items in the store when needed. Love the fact they also have convenient hours and a drive up window.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, I have a medication that I absolutely have to have and everytime I come they tell me they have no record of me getting any medication from here when I’ve been getting it for months and this is the only pharmacy I’ve ever used, they refuse to fill my prescription and they refuse to get me the whole amount when I pay for it and I get it every 2 months, they are rude at the pharmacy and they are very unprofessional

I have a script that they now are refusing to fill due to my doctor being in my hometown in the SAME STATE.! They want a local doctor even though I have a doctor/patient relationship that was built in years of trust. The pharmacist here has no regard for patients and their attitudes are always harsh. I will pay the extra money to go elsewhere than to deal with the terrible staff of this pharmacy.

My wife tested positive for Covid this morning and this Walgreens was the only pharmacy in the area that has/had one of the medications she needed. At approximately 1:25 p.m went to the counter under the Pharmacy sign that said Pick up. It took a minute to get served and it was obvious that the Pharmacy Tech with an attitude was having an issue with something (the clue was that she tried to ring me up on three different computers)! Eventually she consulted the Pharmacist who came over and wanted to know what medications my wife was on. I told her I wasn't she.The Pharmacist then explained that this particular drug was known for bad interactions with other medications and that it was very important to know my wife's other medications. I said Ok and that I would get them. The Pharmacist started over with her spiel about the drug interactions.In an effort to show some grace to the Pharmacist (I got it the first time) I put my hand up in a Stop Signal so that the Pharmacist would stop speaking and told her that she was way to stressed over something very simple and that I would get the requested information. She thanked me for being understanding.There was a known customer (several of the 7 staffers behind the pharmacy counter acknowledged her) in line behind me, so I stepped to the side to get the requested medication information.My wife texted me the information at 1:30, so I stepped back into line. When the Tech finished with the known customer, I stepped up to the counter and was given a really strange look by the tech. I showed her my phone with the list of medications that my wife had sent and stated that I had the requested information. She was obviously very annoyed that I had returned and told the Pharmacist that I was back with the information that she had requested.The tech returned and stated that the Pharmacy was closed for lunch and that I would have to return afterwards! I looked for the Pharmacist and all I saw was her back running away!If you are looking for a Pharmacy that has any basic concept of customer service or returning the grace that was given them; I strongly encourage you to read the other reviews of this location and then RUN to a different Pharmacy!
