I have a script that they now are refusing to fill due to my doctor being in my hometown. They want a local doctor even though I have a doctor/patient relationship that was built over years of trust. The pharmacist here has no regard for patients and their attitudes are always harsh. I will pay the extra money to go elsewhere than to deal with the terrible staff of this pharmacy.

My wife tested positive for Covid this morning and this Walgreens was the only pharmacy in the area that has/had one of the medications she needed. At approximately 1:25 p.m went to the counter under the Pharmacy sign that said Pick up. It took a minute to get served and it was obvious that the Pharmacy Tech with an attitude was having an issue with something (the clue was that she tried to ring me up on three different computers)! Eventually she consulted the Pharmacist who came over and wanted to know what medications my wife was on. I told her I wasn't she.The Pharmacist then explained that this particular drug was known for bad interactions with other medications and that it was very important to know my wife's other medications. I said Ok and that I would get them. The Pharmacist started over with her spiel about the drug interactions. In an effort to show some grace to the Pharmacist (I got it the first time) I put my hand up in a Stop Signal so that the Pharmacist would stop speaking and told her that she was way to stressed over something very simple and that I would get the requested information. She thanked me for being understanding. There was a known customer (several of the 7 staffers behind the pharmacy counter acknowledged her) in line behind me, so I stepped to the side to get the requested medication information. My wife texted me the information at 1:30, so I stepped back into line. When the Tech finished with the known customer, I stepped up to the counter and was given a really strange look by the tech. I showed her my phone with the list of medications that my wife had sent and stated that I had the requested information. She was obviously very annoyed that I had returned and told the Pharmacist that I was back with the information that she had requested. The tech returned and stated that the Pharmacy was closed for lunch and that I would have to return afterwards! I looked for the Pharmacist and all I saw was her back running away!If you are looking for a Pharmacy that has any basic concept of customer service or returning the grace that was given them; I strongly encourage you to read the other reviews of this location and then RUN to a different Pharmacy!

Typical Walgreens. Nothing special here. If you need to pick up something quick it works however the employees here do not .... Don't expect anyone to go out of their way to help you with anything even when you ask.

The pharmacy drive thru is painfully tedious and slow. The pharmacy is often times under staffed.

Every time I go to Walgreens Karen shows up and complains that she was next. Today Karen complained that am 80+ y/o man with an electrolarynx cut in front of her and was so hateful. the poor old guy was confused and mortified. the clinic/pharmacy staff handled it very well and got Karen taken care of.

SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS - Your store in Canton, GA (Marietta Hwy) REFUSED TO FILL MY 62 YEAR OLD MOTHER'S prescription last night. I'm fairly certain this is against your own corporate policy - She was not referred to another pharmacist or manager - Instead she was treated like a second class citizen and left feeling judged by your clearly bigoted, condescending employee - I want answers - PATIENT SHAMING IS WRONG - "Walgreens has policies that allow pharmacists to avoid filling a prescription when they have moral objections. But the pharmacist is required to refer the prescription to another pharmacist or manager "in a timely manner," said Michael Polzin, a spokesman for the Deerfield, Illinois-based company. Always great service and friendly staff! The Piedmont QuickCare is fantastic! I was seen by Victoria, she was wonderful, knowledgeable and super sweet. I always love shopping here for quick errands or last minute shopping what's almost weekly.
