My wife needed makeup, so we stopped at Ulta in Canton. She found what she needed immediately, no problems.......until we had to checkout. I didn't catch her name, but she was not personable, didn't greet us and of course didn't thank us. She must have been doing us a favor. These young people are something else, next time......manager gets involved.

I ordered product online, but needed to make a return on two of the items. The associate was kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. My return was very smooth. I left happy with my positive experience.

This review is for the brow bar. I just wanted a clean-up, nothing fancy. I am doing family photos next week as I told the specialist. She did her thing and flashed the mirror. I noticed my left brow looked short, but figured it was fine.
When I got home and took a better look, I was not happy. The left one looks like a hyphen and the right one looks untouched. So I'll be learning how to pencil a brow on...

Store is so clean and organized! Workers are super sweet. I was helped by Lexie today, and she was just wonderful! Gave me lots of options related to what I was looking for and knew a lot about the products. She’s amazing :)

Took my teenager daughter over there for eye brow service this morning. Stephanie was amazing ! Not only she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she explained step by step what she was doing and how , she also gave my daughter tips and made my daughter 's experience very fun and educational. I absolutely will go back there and I definitely recommend her service. She is absolutely the best. Hope her managers know she is a gem.

Went in the other night to grab a few things but most of the makeup from a few different brands I was looking for were nothing but empty slots on the shelves. Nothing seems to stay in stock at this location. Left disappointed.

I’ve chickened out of coloring my greys several times but Turner stuck with me and gave me a lovely color today that is just what I wanted, rich shiny color without being too obvious. Great job! Thank you

Got my brows done today by stefani dillard. LOVE THEM first time getting my brows laminated and couldn't have asked for a better experience. love her so much from now on she will be the only one touching my brow
