Tractor supply is a great place to purchase stuff as long as you’re standing there. But online is a waste of your time. If you don’t pick the item up in two days, they will cancel the order and you will lose your price if it’s on sale. So unless you’re in the store avoid buying online. So basically, if you’re out of town or serving the Internet for products, don’t waste your time with tractor supply because you cannot place an order and pick it up days later you must be there within 24 hours.

This place has the best customer service ever! Immediately as I walked in, the associates greeted me and proceeded to help me find what I needed. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

Neighborhood points is a scam! Made a larger purchase and had lots of points, only for them to disappear! The look on the employees face when gave them my phone number for a later said it all! Called customer service, and my phone number was replaced by a new number that was not mine. Points gone, and they won’t help. Will purchase from some where else from now on!

I’m in search of a rear tractor tire replacement…….how silly of me to think“Tractor Supply” would supply that type of inventory.The gentleman that answered, whom I will deem credit too, John, Jon, could NOT even recommend anyone or any company that may carry them..I was told to “maybe check with an “equipment” company…lol?No thanks Mr. Reply, maybe YOU should(0 star if possible) contacting google care to make that request

If you've been to a Tractor Supply store before, you know what to expect. The reason I'm leaving this review is because we have experience the nicest team there! The employees are always pleasant and helpful. I believe management's attitude always trickles down to the employees, so thank you to whoever keeps the morale up at this TSC location. We love to shop there!

I recently purchased a very expensive item from Tractor Supply (Freehome) After a few weeks it no longer functioned properly. I took it back for an exchange refund and dealt with Wesley. He was professional, understanding and extremely efficient. I'm thankful to have been treated so fairly. I was in and out quickly and 100% satisfied with the transaction.
