So I normally go to the other one, but they don’t have dog wash stations, so I went to the other Tractor supply and went to use the Dog wash Station, employee Bull was helpful. Employee Eli told my Female Friend that the Dog wash Stations wasn’t a Top Priority, gave her an Attitude because she asked for his name. I felt he was being racist because he said if y’all are “looking”for a Discount or a Freebie, like why we gotta be looking for a Discount or Freebie? Eli needs

The only reason I am providing one star is because Bull did TRY to assist! Do not i repeat do-not take your fur baby here for the wash station! I hate I didn’t take pics, it was filthy!!!!! The dog brushes were rusted, wash stations nasty with pet hair, and no clean towels were provided. When I asked the manager ELI for assistance , he stated to me that the dog wash station was not a priority for the store. CORPORATE needs to pay this store a visit asap!

Products marked one price when you get to the register 3 times more. The workers in there said it was on sale , and when rang up it was more. Manager said sorry and the workers said it was on the sale isle , he didn’t care bad management

I have just heard that tractor supply CEO has dedicated the company to the pure WOKE agenda. I won't buy there ever again. The LGBTQ didn't build that company. Normal hard working people. Have fun trying to stay afloat on .01 percent of the population.

Done bought a bike here and jawn told me that I didn't buy it in that store when they literally still have the red defective one I returned and also told me I didn't buy it there when when receipt showed address and time and everything these dudes don't know squat diddley about bikes i also spent 1100 on the bike so i dont know how its a fake reciept when i have the physical and digital ones , only come for your tractor supplies

I know that the stores policy is that if there is any damage to a bag, they offer a 25% discount. I spoke with an associate at the hickory flat store that refused any discount
- his name is Josh. He said “there are only a few pieces missing from the bag so I’m not discounting that bag.” I asked for the store manager, he said he is in a meeting. I said well I just saw him walk by so his reply was he is on a phone call. (It is 830pm) So basically he gave me a lot of grief because he didn’t want to honor the store policy for a damaged bag. I asked for the manager, Wes. He didn’t get him. Ok. No problem. Josh has zero customer service skills and has no regard for store policy so thank you very much for that terrible customer service. I was just about to put the other things back that I was going to purchase. Amazingly enough, as I was posting this review Josh showed up to tell me that Wes would give me the discount that the store policy mandated. Thank you Josh for finally honoring your store policy after giving your customer grief and being very rude. You are a real asset to TSC. Not!!

I recently visited and had a great experience thanks to associate Josh W. He helped with valuable information about their selection of gun safes, helping me make an informed decision. His assistance was greatly appreciated, making my shopping trip enjoyable and productive. Highly recommend visiting this store for their knowledgeable staff like Josh.

Exterior They're sort of tucked away from the main road, so I strongly suggest you use your GPS. Big parking lot and though there are other businesses back there, they seem to be the main draw. Interior Lots of inventory, so it's a bit 'crowded' but not so much as to make one feel claustrophobic. Price / Value I found equine pellets for a very good price. Customer Service The floor associate who assisted us was great. Accompanied us to different departments, was super knowledgeable and uber-friendly. He could not have been a better representative of the company. I even wrote his name down on my receipt so I'd remember it for the review. Unfortunately, I'm writing this review months after the fact and the receipt is long since gone. :-( The cashier was also super friendly. Did her best to get us to buy snacks. Lol. ABC - always be closing - lol but she was sweet, not pushy about it. Other I was pretty surprised at some of their offerings. I was also surprised at the amount of pet food and pet supplies they offer. We were in a bit of time crunch, so I didn't even get a chance to walk the entire store. Overall Overall, I loved this place. There's a location that's closer to my house and I can't wait to check it out.

Went to give our dog a bath at 5:58 and it was closed. 3 other people also got turned away. The lady at the front (Megan) was very unfriendly and gave us a weird look and just said it was closed. We called 30 min before we came and no one picked up the phone either.

BEWARE! I bought a garden sprayer there last summer and it went bad(won't pump up, rubber diaphragm came off of pump mechanism). Was told when I bought it there was a guarantee on it. I asked how long and the cashier said however long you have it. I took it up there today and was told there was a 30 day guarantee on everything they sell. I'm glad I didn't buy a lawn mower! Needless to say I will never go there again. Got a message a few minutes ago from tractor supply to call about this review. Talked to a lady and told her my story and she said I should contact the manufacturer of the sprayer. They're probably owned by tractor supply and won't do anything either. We'll see!

**STRICT RETURN POLICY ** I went to return $11 part today , said they had to have the printed receipt, which is odd because they email me a copy every time I purchase something there. They were unwilling to give me store credit or put it back on my credit card, just make sure you don't buy anything that you may have to return. Definitely better off going to Home Depot or Lowe's.
