My daughter went here on prom day and I highly suggest you go somewhere else unless you use someone else at this salon. Jordan did her hair on prom day and an hour and a half later, it completely fell. All the curls fell out and we had to redo her hair at home. As we all know, prom is a very special occasion and that’s why I’m giving a one star.

My experience was that I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment. I showed up just barely early, but I had waited for about 15-20 minutes before I was taken back for my appointment. That alone wasn't that bad, but I was uncomfortable the entire time. No conversation was made while my hair was washed and when we got to the hair cut/consultation stage, I was assured that my hair would work with what I tenatively hoped to do, despite my putting heavy emphasis on how my hair doesn't hold curl and I had my doubts. We went along with the cut, and from the moment I walked out until now, I have lived with regret over the cut. Definitely be sure you want what you want and that it will work with your hair before getting a cut here. Even then, come prepared looking top notch or else you may be treated as lesser than.
Side note, I spent over $100 on something that made me cry in the tiny parking lot.

So I got the privilege of getting a haircut from Miss Kylee today. Let me tell you. She is an absolute doll. She is so sisterly, gentle, and kind. My hair looks amazing, and I feel like I just got back from a sleep over. After having children, my hair went from low maintenance, shiny, smooth, straight locks to wavy, thicker, frizzier, rebellious hair that doesn’t follow directions. She took time to show me how to take care of it, techniques, and taught me so much more. Never felt judged. Was beaming ear to ear the entire time. Didn’t just get a haircut today. I got some much needed girl time with one of the most sisterly girls I’ve ever met.

Tae was amazing!!! I was in town for a wedding and I booked a last minute shampoo, blow dry, and style appointment and she really took her time and listened and did a wonderful job. She was also just so much fun to talk to! Highly recommend!

I enjoy seeing Kylee Hart to do my hair for color, cut, and style. She is professional, happy, positive, listens to what you want, has great suggestions, and the outcome is always beautiful. Always at Studio 5 you can depend on budget friendly, a clean, organized atmosphere. Kylee is a keeper! Before and After grey blending. Kylee is especially thoughtful, and caring and makes a 61 year old feel pretty dang good when I leave her chair. ❤️

I called for a last second walk in and they were more than happy to take me in for a GREAT cut. Tae cut my hair and was very good at communicating and helping me figure out the best style for my crazy hair! Go here and ask for Tae if you want to have the best haircut of your life.

Tae was such a sweetheart with my baby. Even though she was too shy to talk. She held a really fun conversation with me throughout the haircut. A was refreshing to talk too. She was just a genuine sweetheart. I also got an appointment with her for the next day and she nailed my daughter wishes. We will both definitely be driving the hour to see her for our next cut because it was just so comfortable to be in her presence.
Also the salon was very clean. An had great plant based product options! A huge bonus for me!
