I just got my very first house. I did not know anything about buying house at all. However Stephanie and Alex took care of me very well. I had several difficult situations we did not expect. They tried their best to make the situation better for me. I was very nervous and did not know what to do, but they were always there for me. I really appreciate their support.

We had a fantastic experience working with Stephanie McCarty and her partner Alex. My husband and I initially thought we wanted a property on Lake Lanier. For over a year, we looked at properties on the lake with Stephanie and Alex. The search was frustrating but this team was so professional and patient with us. They also are a lot of fun to work with!We eventually decided to move to Alpharetta into a walkable area. We closed on our new home on Friday and are so excited. I've known Stephanie for over 10 years now. She helped my buy and sell my first home in this area. She also helped me buy and then sell my 2nd home. The second transaction was a difficult one for me with some personal issues being involved, but Stephanie was able to help keep things on track. Stephanie McCarty was absolutely the best realitor we could have asked for. She laid out a plan and communicated it with my family. She then executed the plan and got our house sold in record time. We then threw a curveball at her asking if she could also sell our land in North Ga. She accomplished that task in less than 2 weeks. We moved into the area with a very tight timeline to find a home since our home in Rhode Island sold so quickly. Stephanie and her son jumped in and helped us to find the home we were looking for. The level of service didn't stop just with the purchase of the home but Stephanie also shared all the local information needed to help us properly settle in and find the things we needed. Relationship sales to me is important so if you are looking for an agent that will be more than just an agent I highly recommend you work with Stephanie!
