I quit coming to this location about seven months ago but decided to stop in this morning to see if anything was any different. It wasn't. Took me twenty two minutes to get a mocha. Why? Only one person working and she was doing the best she could. I took one sip of the mocha and it was nasty. She did not make it correctly and I ended up throwing it away. The cheese danish I got was good though quite possibly the most expensive cheese danish I ever got $8.26.I'm not sure what the constant problem is with this location. Bad managers, not able to hire, bad district supersisors unable to get off their tushes and come work this location or what. Starbucks needs to take radical changes here or close it.

Consistently the worst Starbucks around. Expect to wait 40-50 mins in morning regardless if ordered in person or on app. Always out of food, and incredibly grumpy workers. Starbucks needs to add an actual store in the area to relieve pressure off this kiosk in Kroger.

This is the 2nd time coming to this Starbucks, which we frequent weekly, and there is no employee working. 12:44 PM on a Friday. Unacceptable.

I love coming to this Starbucks. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door even if I’m not getting coffee it’s just nice to see them when I’m shopping.

The only reason I rated the atmosphere a 3 is... Well it's Kroger. The lights make it depressing! I don't even want to come to Kroger to get my groceries! I just want Starbucks. Staff was super friendly and nice and actually seemed to want to engage in a conversation with me.

The robust dark roast coffee wasn't as I had expected it to taste. Like McDonald's coffee but way more expensive....they've lost their_MOJO!Vegetarian options: Meatless choices and vegan options available...but why...?

My wife and I have come to this Starbucks on numerous occasions before heading to Church on Sunday. Every time we have come, it takes 15-25 min from the time we get there until we receive our coffee. Typically there is only one or two customers in front of us when we arrive and it's deceiving, because you wouldn't think service would be that slow.

Don’t order anything with espresso unless you like the taste of burnt coffee. One employee told me their espresso machine is weak some days and stronger other days. It’s broken and no one will replace it. As much money as we as consumers spend on coffee by choice and as much money as Starbucks makes….you’d think they’d care to change out their machines and keep them working.

Not clean behind counter..where the drinks are made..take a look around you will see it. I hope it gets better..don't like your job try harder take care of your space..take pride in your job.
