I come here pretty often for printing. This store is always clean and neat. and I noticed Christopher is always greeting me from registration very welcome and friendly. He definitely makes environment warm and everyone's day. Love this place.

I frequent the printing department and they are awesome. Gregory is always helpful and patient despite the fact that he is always extremely busy. The red head that works in the department is equally amazing and her attention to detail is unmatched. I haven't seen her in awhile but I hope she's still there!

I like shopping at Staples. No one pressures you and if you do have questions, the employees are very helpful. It is a quiet store, which I prefer, and they have a good inventory. Shopping online is easy and I like the pickup option. Highly recommend.

I stopped by today for a certain cord that I needed. I was amazed at the service I received by all the representatives. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! I was in and out in no time and the cord worked perfectly! Thank you for such great service! I greatly appreciate your help and look forward to stopping back by, very soon! You should too!!!

I dropped off a set of blueprints at 10am to have them digitized on a PDF and the man scanned a page and told me to leave my cell number and he would call me when they were ready. Super easy and quick, I was told. At 3 o’clock and I called to see if they were ready and was told by Dietrich, who was in that department, that they had not started on it because other customers were being helped. So it’s not first come first served but whatever they feel like doing. I told him I wanted my prints back and that 5 hours was plenty of time for a 9 page PDF file. I expressed how unprofessional they were and I was going elsewhere. Rather than him saying he was sorry and he would get on it right now, instead I was told I was rude, LOL. Don’t rely on Staples and their young punk staff to conduct themselves in a business mindset. FYI I went to Greene’s Printing in Canton, just up the road and within 10 minutes I had a PDF file at half the price of Staples quote. Corporate needs to hire people who care about their customers or shut the doors.

I submitted baby shower invites online. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh called me and questioned something that would have messed up my order, had he not caught it or said anything. I was so thankful that he noticed! Then when I went in to ask in person if I was sending it correctly, Dietrich was a wonderful help to me, and went over and above in his customer service, as well. I would definitely order through them again. Thanks, guys!

It's nice to have a place to shop for office and school supplies where the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I also like that they take Amazon returns and offer UPS drop off. Staples Rocks!

The store has undergone a complete remodeling and face lift. It looks really good. Unfortunately, the service from the staff is still very dingy and poor!I stopped by last week for some print services and had a decent experience, so I went back for some more of the same services. There were two persons behind the counter. Because of the persons appearance and since the name was named Marcus, I assume he was male. The other person had unforgettable finger nails that were filed to a very sharp point and multi colored. I mention that only so that the employee's can be identified. Marcus was the only one that approached the counter and communicated with the other person by projecting "his" voice. If either of them could have been more disinterested in me as a customer, I simply don't know how. They often stood just staring off into space as opposed to helping the lady with her Bridal Shower announcements in front of me. Marcus actually walked around for several minutes trying to figure out what to do next as opposed to helping the next customer in line (me)!I should have picked up my things and walked out when I wasn't given a receipt or anything else indicating that I was dropping off an order!Even though I presented Marcus with an example of what I wanted, when I went to pick up my order today and found that it was only partially completed. The young man that attempted to help me today had to dig for some cryptic notes about why my order was incomplete. We ultimately had to guess as to why things weren't done. A phone call to me would have been very appropriate.Additionally, I requested specific binding covers fro Marcus that were not added. Very poor quality of work to say the least and certainly no hint of competent customer service!As a former business owner, I am adding to my review after the response from Staples to comment that there is no indication in their response to make things right. That speaks volumes about the ownership of this store and their focus on themselves; NOT the customer. The character of a business is not defined by the mistakes they make, it is defined by the steps that they take to correct that mistake.

$30 for 50 laminate sheets? They're 100 for $15 everywhere else.. also label your aisles with what is on them so I don't waste 15 minutes looking for something y'all don't even have
