Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Advertised a price for 2025 Elantra on THEIR website and scheduled an appointment to test drive. Everything was going swell until I showed them the screenshot of their website with the advertised price. A man who didn’t even introduce himself until after I asked came back and rudely slid me a price that was $12,000 higher than advertised!! When I questioned about the initial price and why it was raised then man now after asking known as Josh insisted I got my price off of carfax despite having the link and screenshot of their website. He was very rude and not professional at all. After leaving I tried to call the sales manager Tim who I had spoken to originally and he avoided me for days before returning my call and finally admitting that they had made the mistake on their website. This is a terrible dealership who hides fees behind low prices on their website do not shop with them. It’s a shame that this dealership preferred to lose a sale all together ran than admitting a mistake.
