I recently purchased a Challanger from this dealership ,it had approximately 4800 miles on the car and I was assured that the car been fully serviced by the sales person. Within the first two weeks of owning the car the change oil light came on. I took the car back to the dealer to see if they had a record of the oil being changed, The service person I talked to said they has no way to tell if this had been done. Suggested I go ahead have the oil changed just to be safe, which I did for $160.00. Seems if you sold the car you would know about the service history. I voiced this on a survey the dealership sent me regarding their service and I never heard back from them. That did not surprise me.

My husband and I came here to trade our car in and to see our options. Robert Butler was our salesman and we have no regrets. Butler sat us down and got everything we needed before just jumping in looking at cars to help us see what was in our range. The process wasn’t rushed at all and he got me into a nice new car ! Will definitely recommend to anybody !

I have all my service work done at Shottenkirk Chrysler. Today I went to have my oil changed (on a vehicle that I bought from them). I was told that they would not honor the Mopar Factory Coupons that are on dealers websites. I was told the oil changed would cost me about $125. I refused the service at that point. When returning to work I was informed by an associate that they had there oil changed at Shottenkirk Chrysler a couple of days ago. The dealers refused to honor the Mopar coupons for him as well but changed his oil in the same type vehicle for around $89. Maybe this isn't a place to get service done.

Great customer support from everyone, especially the sales agent that assisted me, KAMALI. After receiving a rate outside my budget at another dealership, I visited them and was warmly welcomed by KAMALI. He took the time to explore different options, test drive cars, and discuss pricing with me. Although I decided to hold off on purchasing due to budget constraints, KAMALI’s support and expertise made a big difference. I truly appreciate his efforts in helping me find affordable, quality options that suit my needs. When I'm ready to buy, this location and agent will be my top choice - plus, his music taste is top tier!

Great experience on our purchase. Don the Bear was great! Make sure to ask for him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I do not recommend this company. The warranty is not what they claim to be. Bill is a fast talker and big liar! The sales person, Christeria Lynn, is not good either. Every question, she has to ask Bill. At that point I know they both coming back with more lies. Christeria stated the car was financed with one company. However when I reviewed the documents it was a totally different company. There are lying crooks, STAY AWAY!! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and calling Dodge Corporate. Dodge doesn’t need to be affiliated with this company at all!!

Kirk and Taybor have been giving us the runaround for almost 3 months regarding the title of the Dodge Ram we bought. They can’t find the title and are full of excuses. Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service. Kirk says he’ll “look into it” and never responds or follows up. Once they got our money they just ignored us. Might need to hire an attorney if they don’t send us the title to this vehicle.

I’m so displeased with the service here.
Bought my car 7/3. 7/5 had to take it in because the engine was overheating. Told me it just needed coolant….
7/14 my check engine light came on due to a misfire on the 4th cylinder. Had to have my vehicle towed to Shottenkirk on 7/16 for service. The general manager David, got me into a loner while they work on my car, but the service department has been abysmal. Can never get anyone on the phone or to call me back and if they actually do call they can’t actually give me a logical explanation as to what is going on with my car or what they are actually servicing. At this point i’ve had the loner car longer than I had the actual vehicle I purchased and i’m not feeling confident the vehicle I purchased is going to actually be fixed and safe for me to drive. I’m so frustrated with this! Called a manger today to try and get an update on my vehicle and was told they would “call me right back”. Never heard back! I’m genuinely disgusted.

I love to support local businesses and would much rather be bragging on our local dealership, but unfortunately I CAN NOT recommend anyone use this service department. My truck was brought in for a warranty repair and ended up leaving with entirely new set of problems. The warranty work was done on the transmission, with additional non-warranty work being done with the shift cable (requiring some work to be performed behind the driver’s side dash). After waiting almost 2 weeks, I was given my invoice for the uncovered work and told the truck was finally ready for pick up. Upon arriving to the dealership and driving out of the parking lot, I immediately noticed a loud creaking sound when I pushed the brake pedal, and pedal itself now had more travel than when I left the truck for the repairs. Knowing that work been done behind the dash and being uncertain at the time as to what parts had actually been replaced, I decided to see if the sound lessened and pedal pressure improved after driving the truck. By day three, the sound had gotten louder & the brake pedal continued to soften. Again, both issues were NOT PRESENT when the truck was dropped off. After several attempted calls, I was able to speak with the service advisor, who assured me they would speak to the tech to look into my concerns and be in contact asap. After 3 days without a response, I called and left a message. Still no response back. The next day, another call and another message (as I was told the service advisor was unavailable). Still no response… After 7 days and serval more phone calls, I was finally able to speak with the advisor who let me know they had spoken with the tech but had not reached out to let me know... The advisor said that nothing they had done would cause the issues that started in the parking lot at the dealership after the repair. I requested the tech to take another look and was able to arrange a time to drop the truck back off for further inspection. After dropping the truck off, I received no contact for more 3 days, despite multiple phone calls from my end. I was finally able to reach the advisor via text. The new problem was acknowledged, but I was again told there was no way this would have been caused at the dealer. As the truck was required for work that evening, I requested to pick it up that afternoon.
When I picked up the truck, I asked to speak with a service manager but was told he was unavailable. I was promised, yet again, that they would have him call me. Serval days past, no call... I called back again and spoke with the person that sets up service appointments and was assured that my message would be delivered and I would be contacted. 2 more days, and still 0 responses from the dealership. I called yet again and spoke with a different service advisor. I informed this new advisor of my concerns and frustrations, and I was yet again promised a call back. Still nothing. Seems to be a trend with these folks.
In no way do I expect to be catered to or to be updated multiple times daily in situations like this. I’m okay with a 1, even a 2 day turn around sometimes. However, I strongly believe that customers shouldn’t have to reach out 5+ times over the course a week to speak with an advisor or be contacted back, let alone to speak with a manager. When I’m told I will be contacted, I expect to be contacted. These lapses in communication were the status quo, and occurred continuously throughout this situation. It’s remarkable that you can schedule a service appointment within 2 minutes, but it takes days to be contacted once you’re on the books, or after payment.
I'm aware the transmission and brakes operate within separate systems on the truck. I’m also aware that access into the dash for the non-warranty repair required working in close proximity to the brake pedal. The likelihood of the noises and pedal issues occurring naturally before I even made it out of the service parking lot is virtually nonexistent. I would think the service manager would at least consider my frustrations, but

I am beyond upset with this dealership experience. I went in person to cancel Ethos Group since I did not want it and supposivley their systems were down so somehow this got included into my contract without me realizing until I seen the total price for the vehicle and the price was NOT mentioned when I spoke to the finance manager Albert. I called him to verift he cancelled he stated he would then I followed up by email and stated the credit would show this month with my loan company but yet again that was a LIE! So I decided to take matters into my own hands and call EG Assurance and they stated they NEVER received a cancellation from the dealership. This company is just ****** corrupt! You can not do this to hard working people! We all work hard for our money and to be told lies back to back is unacceptable! I would have recommended you all but now I will gladly tell my friends and family and anyone I know to STAY AWAY!!!!! Bad customer service overall and NO I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER or anyone ever again at ur company!

Robert will definitely give you the 5Star experience. I will definitely recommend family and friends to come out to Canton if they are in the market for a Used or new vehicle. Again thank you Robert!!!!
