I was planning to leave Allstate after I found out they removed me from auto pay because I paid early then charged me an extra $3 a month. It really was just about principle.I stayed because of the exceptional customer service I received from Paul. I asked myself was leaving an ok company that had good overall rates and excellent customer service worth it? I decided you don't get rid of a BMW because it has a dent in it.Sincerely,Walt F.

I have my insurance with this Agency for about 7 years now. The staff is friendly and highly professionally. They have always been extremely helpful and have gone out of their to help me no matter how trivial the question may be. The claims are easily handled once called in everything is online. As far as I concerned they ROCK!
