“Have had a unit here for about 7 months now and am very happy. I have had to access it frequently, sometimes very late at night, and I have had no issues getting in and out.
I also had to purchase the rental and then access it the very same day as I had to move at the spur of the moment.
Was able to sign up online and secure the unit with no issues, and then I was notified that I would be able to access the unit right away to my relief. However, my code to the gate would require 24 hours to officially register in the system. I let them know I had to fill the unit that day at some point. By the time I got there, it was probably 10:30p. Fortunately, they were expecting me and I was able to get in without issue, unload my stuff, and then drop off the truck without having to pay for a second day.”
