I signed a lease on August 3rd. 17 days later I got an email that my rent is going up $17 per month. Ridiculous. They should not be increase rent that much. Buyer beware!

I have had a storage unit there for about 3 years and never had a prob- the people that work in the office on property are actually great and always helpful! But I was routed to the 1-800 call center last week, I wanted to add a unit to my account. They got me a drive up 10x20. Emailed me the storage unit number and gate code. I tried to go over the weekend and could not find unit. Spent half an hour on phone with 1-800 people. The person who set it up for me failed to tell me they bought the storage unit company down the road and my unit was at that location. My email even has the original storage facility address. No where was I informed it was a different location. I had babies with me and on a time crunch so the whole situation was unpleasant. The gentleman that helped me on the phone that day was very nice and helpful. Lady that set up unit for me should have notified me or even on the email.

This location use to be great but has been closed with no staff for 4 days. Tomorrow will make 5 days straight. Gates wide open 24 hours. I'd find somewhere else to go. Prices are bait and switch anyways.

No one is ever on-site to help, they keep going up on prices without letting us know. They put locks on your unit without telling you as well.

It was good at one point but since the two good people left they've had constant staffing issues. Apparently it's an area manager or reginal manager problem. Has been that way for months. If you miss a payment they'll lock the unit then have no staff for days to unlock even if the unit has been paid for. Management should be held responsible. Rent will be raised after 3 months and then raised thereafter. It's been this way since the new company took over.

We rented a parking space for approximately 2 months. I don’t believe anyone actually works at the location anymore. Every time I go by, I have to call customer service. I just canceled because I was notified that my rate would jumped $33 per month. Nope!!

The 2 units I reserved for $69 increased in price- the old bait and switch routine. Upon arrival to my rented units, there was an odd lock on my rented unit, couldn't use my space. No one had checked on it prior to my arrival, so I lost out on a unit. So disorganized! Birianna was very nice and tried to help me get it fixed. She was apologetic, but the Mgt needs to pay attention to their property

I have had a unit here for 2 years and have never had any issues. The new management is great, and I was easily able to downsize to a smaller unit with just a few minute phone call. Highly recommend!
