I just came in to have a lab test done and there are 2 gentlemen sitting down, one of them has been here since 12:30! The time is now 1:37!!! This place was both a walk in and appointment!!
it’s now on an appointment base only.
I got there at 1:15 and when I signed in my appointment said 2:40?!! What the heck!! Seriously !!!
This is sooo wrong!!

I had an excellent experience here! Michelle and Chrstal were extremely helpful and patient with me, as I had some document issues, and I'm a hard stick. They are the nicest ladies you'll ever meet! The facility was clean and they worked well as a team. Excellent experience in every way.

Caleb always does a great job drawing my labs that I get every 3 months. I’m a hard stick, and Caleb is always patient and very upbeat during my visit.

I went to Quest in Canton to get blood drawn for a CBC and CMP on the orders of my neurologist. As soon as I sat down in the chair, the 1st phlebotomist started with an attitude. He asked if I had orders from my doctor. I handed him the order, which was written on a prescription pad. He scoffed and said, "You've got to be kidding me. He's really bringing us back." I'm guessing the phlebotomist took issue with the hand-written order. It was clearly written, so I'm not sure what his problem was.
Then came the attempted blood draw. I am a "hard stick," as they say. However, it usually only takes a few tries, at most. Some phlebotomists get my blood in 1 stick, if they know what they're doing. These jokers obviously didn't.
No less than 3 different phlebotomists at this location tried to draw my blood and all 3 said that I was "causing problems." That made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.
It appeared that they only knew the location of 2 or 3 veins, since they all tried to go for the same ones.
They finally all gave up and told me to go to the hospital to get my blood drawn.
They still charged my insurance for a blood draw, though.
All in all, the staff here are disrespectful and incompetent.

They deserve no stars. One of the staff was rude and she was the only black worker there she had braids and she wore glasses. She was very rude and nasty to the patients not only that I’ve picked up on her attitude immediately she wouldn’t even give me her name when I politely asked for it. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect and let me tell you one thing no one is lying about how people are treated here, it’s only one staff and I only had an issue with that woman. Everyone was nice to me. Before you get more negatives reviews, you need to reevaluate the black woman with the glasses work in there she needs to learn how to talk to people politely even if they’re unaware of what’s going on in the office

So rude. Went in without appointment ready to wait. I have done this numerous times as my doctor office is next door and easiest to just go. Staff was beyond rude this time.

Why would you send me this survey now? What if you didn't send my results for 6 months? Would you deserve a good rating? Of course not. How about if you lost my sample? Would you deserve a good rating? Of course not. Any company that asks to complete a customer service survey prior to the completion of your transaction, is clearly not interested in customer service only good ratings for marketing purposes.

Service has always been quick. However. Last year the medical assistant took my blood pressure with the wrong size cuff and it was way off. Then, this appointment, the medical assistant was not smooth with the blood draw, and left a huge bruise on my arm. It would be nice to have some consistency with the convenience.
