Publix Super Market at Paradise Shoppes of Prominence Point is a great store where shopping is a pleasure. The store is always clean and stocked, and the customer service is through the roof with friendly, helpful, and accommodating associates. The team at the deli is absolutely on their game, though it can sometimes be slow. The products and goods are fresh as always, featuring high-quality meats, local produce, and sustainably sourced seafood. The associates are like family, often going above and beyond to help customers.
There are 2 Publix Super Market closer to me but Publix Supermarket at Paradise Shoppes is where I prefer to shop. Other deli's vegetables and meat choices are dried out but at Paradise Shoppes their meat and vegetables are covered so you can see what is available. Looks or smells like it would taste delicious.

Deli is super slow the manager no where to be seen the products and goods fresh as always I think is a local management issue.

I love coming to this store! It’s alway clean and stocked up! I really appreciate the Manager Kim bagging my groceries and helping me and my husband to the car. We are both disabled and you don’t see many managers doing this!
