Your pharmacy experience really depends on what tech you have helping you. Even when I call, it is 50/50. Today the phone was answered with a "yes?" No greeting, no hello just a yes? I genuinely thought I reached the wrong department because what in the world? I hate that some of them make me feel like an inconvenience especially when I just have two RX that I pick up MONTHLY. I feel like I am a decently patient person but the negativity is really driving me to use a different pharmacy. I am also in this field and I can understand frustration, burnout etc but it truly depends on the day with them.

Switched doctors and I was having difficulty getting my regular meds called in. The ever efficient Publix crew at Laurel Canyon took to contacting the new doctor to get the prescriptions filled. Great Job

Used to be a fantastic store that I frequented at least 3 times a week since they opened; but the quality of cashier they’ve hired has fallen by the wayside. I’ve never met a clerk on more of a power trip before. The manager just lost $2,000 a month in sales for my family of 6 because of one rude clerk. Well done Publix. Don’t shop here.

Excellent service! All questions were answered, advice given that was VERY helpful! I was away for a family emergency and the staff at this location were compassionate. It meant a lot to me. If i could rate this location any higher, I would! I was so sad after losing my grandfather amd the pharmacist and her staff really made a difference.
