Scheduling was fast. Check in was easy and little wait time. NP Victoria is the best! Very informative and attentive. She really takes her time with her patients. Her assistant Kelli was also very nice.

All staff, nurses and Dr. Courtney Weaver are amazing and sweet. Very caring, listen and let me ask questions. Makes sure I understand everything. Take her time. I couldn't ask for a better PCP.

Never answer the phone. They lock the door before 5 o’clock and they are not thorough at all.

They are unreliable and inconsiderate, I needed a new doctor to get my monthly shot so I set up an appointment to see a doctor and had to have labs which is fine but they didn’t do all the tests so now I have to go back again to get more labs before I can get my shot. I am having to take daily pain killers to deal with muscle aches and headache from my body chemistry being threw off. I am lucky I am going to move soon where I can find a reliable doctor office.

My last visit with Dr. Weaver was a video call visit yesterday from the comfort of my own home. I am very pleased with how the visit went and how much was accomplished in a few minutes without having to drive all the way to the Doctor’s office. I live at least 30-45 minutes away from my Doctor’s office and when you consider the time it takes to prepare for the visit, drive to the office there and back in traffic (approximately 45 minutes) and the 15 minutes to see the Physician, that time can add up to 3 hrs saved in a day by choosing a video call visit instead. I am very grateful for the opportunity to visit with my Doctor online. Dr.Weaver is always a good listener and very supportive of me as a patient. I feel she has my best interest and welfare at heart and is very knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend Dr. Weaver to friends, family and neighbors whenever possible. I feel fortunate to have such great medical care in Dr. Weaver and her very capable staff.

I highly recommend Dr Jason Hefner. He is very personable. Takes time to listen to his patient. I feel very much at ease with him. He has been my doctor for ten years. I have seen others in the group also. I recommend them too. It’s a very good practice.
