It's a full body workout. High intensity interval based. Only suggestion for new people just getting back into fitness. ... take it slooooow. You won't use it as much as you think going in because you're going to be very sore between workouts. Might only make it 4 times the first month or so

I started going to OTF about 3 months ago. I really enjoy the positive and the judgement free atmosphere. This workout is really about what your goals are and how far you want to push yourself to achieve them!One of the perks that I love taking advantage of is being able to workout at any of their locations. I've taken classes at various times, I've had several coaches, and I've taken classes in several states. All of them are fantastic! Scheduling is super easy in the app. 5 Stars!!!

Orange Theory Canton is my happy place! The coaches and staff are so encouraging and welcoming. I love that I see people of all ages, sizes, and abilities here. There is no one that doesn’t “fit in”!

Several years ago I joined and then my financial situation changed and I also thought I could keep going on my own … well - fast-forward to now and I wish I had gone back before now because I just didn’t keep working out and it has taken a toll. Being able to go to such a warm and encouraging environment (no matter which OrangeTheory) and not having to think about the workout but just do it (and not working out at home where I feel like I lose energy just thinking about everything I always have to do as a homeschooling mother and 8 of us in one home ) Working out in the Studio helps me keep my balance physically but MORE importantly — mentally and emotionally!! I am making my workouts a priority and setting aside the money so I can keep going! It is so worth what it does for me mentally, emotionally and physically !! ?

Everyone is so encouraging, it’s like family, and the results are measurable- you can see yourself getting stronger just by looking at your workout history. It’s all scalable so they meet you where you are and work with you to get better!

Love this place! Coaches are amazing…know everyone by name and make you feel welcome! People of all ages and capabilities are in the classes so you don’t feel “left out”! People are super friendly! And best of all for me, they tell me what to do, when to do it, how to do it, and then I work to improve at my own pace each visit looking at my stats! For someone who always hated the thought of going to a gym, this is amazing!
