“I can not say enough about Chucks auto repair shop and their staff.. I was in a bend a week ago ...I blew a tire as I just left I-575 exit and once I was able to pull over in a emergency lane to call for help I realized I was right in front of Chucks Auto repair .. I drove slowly into their parking lot and left my Honda in an empty spot.. this was very early in the morning hours before they opened the garage ? I called my daughter to pick me up and I left a voice message as well as a message on the website ..I was contacted by Chandler first thing in the am and he reassured me they would take care of my car and keep me posted on a quote and repair time .. I was treated like family ...my new balanced tires, alignment was done in day.. My Honda feels like a new car. It rides like a new car. I would totally refer my family and friends to the garage for service .. thank you Chucks Auto repair.. ”

Our daughter had a bad tire and took it somewhere to be fixed and they told her she needed all new tires and tried to scare her into buying them. When she called her dad he told her to go to these guys and that my fixed it and it’s been well over a year going strong. We have also bought several sets of tires from them. I had never been the one to go in until today. The guys were super nice, we had a appointment for four new tires and I was prepared to be there for at least a hour maybe two. “There was a mistake in the oil change of my car. BUT, they took care of it, there was never any push back at all, they were very friendly and open about what happened. They even went over the options to get it fixed, with my paying for it and then them reimbursing me being the fastest and easiest way to get it fixed. Not common in the auto care industry today where they are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and correct it no questions asked.”

These guys rock. I was in trouble, and on my way to the airport when my car started having some issues. I know jiffy lube isn't a mechanic shop but these guys were super knowledgeable and were over the top helpful and nice.
