“This company has one of the best customer care departments I’ve ever worked with. Our church ordered 200 chairs that ended up having some issues. The Customer Care department, specifically, Seth, was extremely polite, understanding and professional. He resolved our issues in a prompt manner and made sure we were taken care of and made us feel like valued customers.
