Dr. Taylor is no longer at this practice. The PA's are perfect. The check in and check out desk don't know what the processes are for each others desk. Meaning when I was told by check out I didn't need an appointment for a flu shot; I returned on a Monday after the an annual check and was told I needed an appointment. The delay of waiting was not acceptable considering I was there at 8:40 and was told I had to wait till 9:00 of which I did. By 9:15 I still was not getting the shot. When I asked what was the delay I was told by two different people at the front desk it was being set up. I canceled and have canceled all future appointments. I went to Publix and go the flu shot. I only went back to this doctors office to get the shot was because I didn't have to fill more paperwork out. Waste of time. My husband and I will be looking for a pratice that trains their staff and that care to communicate with people and each other. I can't stand all the text messages they send; even though I opted out of that. I suppose they need to text each other in the office to communicate what the process will be for each of their positions. Sad situation in my opinion.

Matthew Holt PA made me feel heard and truly cared about my health and well being. I highly recommend him as a part of your primary health care team.

Loved walking and seeing Bob Ross on the TV - so relaxing. Was kind of upset when I got called back and didn't get to see the full painting. Saw the PA Jared Robinson and he was WONDERFUL! Listened to the problems I had and adressed all of them. Was very kind and patient with me as I was dealing with several different issues. Will definitely go back if needed and make them my PCP!

When I first started going here I loved it! Even had my husband change. And that is when the nightmare began. He had an issue with getting a medication he had been on for 7 years! And one he couldn’t just stop but they gave it to him the first month and then denied him until he went to the doctor that had probably prescribed it 7 years ago. It was a mess! They never return your calls. I was prescribed a medication the first visit that I continued on for over a year with no problems. They switch me doctors twice and that doctor didn’t think I needed that medication anymore even after I said it really does help me. So he told me to go get a second opinion. The manager told me that each doctor has their own opinions. But as a patient shouldn’t they listen to you because you know your body right! Nope! They do not care! It’s sad really! Doctors take an oath to take care of their patients. They put me on this medication and now won’t refill it cause of a different doctors opinion. Does this even make sense??? Frustrating! Good luck with this place. I am going to try to find people that actually care!

Jared Robinson and all the staff at North Atlanta Primary Care in Canton really took their time to understand my issues and concerns. My experience here really has been a game-changer in my health. I am glad I found North Atlanta Primary Care and I would recommend them to anyone , hands down the best primary care practice!

The Canton office has been great.I’m still being billed for three copays that didn’t get reported correctly in the system.I have always paid my copays when I leave the office.

I have been a patient of North Atlanta Primary care for 8 years and my wife has been a patient since the 90’s when she was a little girl coming with her parents. We recently started coming to the Canton location and to say this place is a disaster is an understatement. Since they have been taken over by Southeast Medical Group, everything has gone downhill. Their communication is the worst. The office is extremely unorganized. Emails through the portals don’t work, wait times are horrendous, and their billing department is completely useless if you try and dispute a charge. We were charged $150 after insurance for a physician to fill out a couple forms for the foster parent organization we are involved with. In the past 6 years of us being foster parents, we have never been charged a fee for these forms and we get them done every year. We were told there was nothing they could do to waive the fee. I would strongly discourage anyone from using these people as a primary care physician and encourage current patients to think twice about continuing a relationship with them. It’s a shame too because the staff are very nice and pleasant, unfortunately the people who run this place could care less about the patients they are “taking care of.”

Fore-warning, the receptionist here will not let you see your doctor. It was pouring rain and I drove an hour to be here to see my doctor and she told me because I was 20 minutes late due to traffic she won't let me see him. The only reason I even gave two stars is for the doctor himself. Absolutely horrible customer service when I came for help.

Providers are great, but billing department is unresponsive despite several different outreach attempts. They sent me a bill, I paid it. I was sent a follow up bill for the same amount, so I called and left voicemails with their billing department and also sent emails... no response. Fast forward a month and I got another bill in the mail for the same amount... reached out again with no response

Dr. Stone is great! He doesn’t rush through appointments, and takes the time to understand what’s going on. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!!

The people who work here are very kind, but the communication and organization is the worst I've ever experienced. Trying to get in touch with a human to go over lab results actually turned out to be impossible. I tried calling, I tried contacting through the patient portal, etc. Ultimately, I had to turn to Google to translate my labs. Not to mention, my first visit there I waited for over 45 minutes before going back to an examination room. Once in a room, I waited another 30 before being seen.I went in for digestive issues, and the medical professional, while kind with great bedside manner, continued to push antibiotics even though we didn't know what the cause of the digestive issues was yet (since we'd yet to have done the labs).Paying my bill was also nearly impossible. The URL listed on the bill doesn't even work!I've never had to work so hard and pay so much money just to get, well, zero answers. It's been months since I went there, but I still find myself stewing about it. These types of experiences are what frustrate me about modern-day medicine.

Everyone was very courteous and in time. Dr. Taylor does not rush you and will answer all of your questions. My only issue is that he speaks very fast and with a mask on it is sometimes hard to understand him. My hearing is not great either so it could be me.

Originally your company scheduled me with a provider I had never heard of. When this was resolved and a reschedule a week later was arranged I filled out a difficult online series of forms. When I arrived on site after a fifteen minute wait, I was told I couldn’t have my annual wellness check, it was too early. I didn’t make the appointment NAPC did! Since I have the flu/cold we agreed to see Matt for this problem. After taking my vitals. I was left alone in an exam room for one and one half hours with no communication. I left!
