Kimmie is amazing, but she is usually booked when I get there. Went there yesterday, and the man who did my nails hit me hard on my arm after he asked me if I liked my nails better than him, and I said yes. Who asks such a weird question, and how dare you hit me. This is the third time he's hitting me on my arm after asking me such stupid questions. Do you hit other women as well? This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Keep your freaking hands to yourself.
Tell your staff that I'll report him if he dares touch me again.
I was there with my little daughter yesterday, and he knows exactly who I am. The lady doing my pedicure saw what happened and laughed it off. My daughter saw it too and asked why he did that. Stop asking customers if they like you or their nails. Just do your damn job! And he wanted me to tip him too. He's crazy!!

Been a client for about 15 years. Love them all! Still feel small town in a fast growing area.They were the original nail salon in the area.

My first time going to this shop was great. I tried to get the same tech (last chair) the 2nd time but she was booked. My nails were not as great as I hoped. When I told her my nails were crooked and different shapes/sizes she told me she has 22 years of experience and doesn’t need me to tell her how to do her job. My mom enjoyed her pedicure, so I do think they have talented techs but the 2nd chair tech did not give the experience I was hoping for. There were two other customers who complained while I was there. I would not go again. I do not mind if my nails are not perfect, but just wished I had better service when I tried to explain what I didn’t like about my nails.

Worst service I have EVER gotten at a nail salon. Took my Granddaughter in to get her nails done and the atmosphere is immediately off-putting. They ask me my name and I tell them Monica. They say, loud enough for everyone to hear "Okay, Monica Lewinsky?" The whole place starts laughing, and I found it extremely rude to say I was that woman. Then my Granddaughter shows them the nails she wants and they immediately rudely tell her "No, too hard." At this point everyone was staring at us like we were maniacs and we immediately left before getting anything done. Went to NT nails to be welcomed and had amazing service. Wouldn't go back if they payed me, go to NT instead!Service: Nail art

Customer service was terrible. I walked in and they had me sit in a chair for 5 mins without even turning water on. No one said much when I walked in. I went to NT Nail instead and they were so friendly.
