There was dog hair everywhere, they tried to soak my nails in a dog bowl, couldn’t get the water for my pedicure past luke warm. Would not recommend.

I use to go here all the time and with life being life I've been away for several years, so happy to walk in and be remembered and having excellent service, I was reminded how wonderful these technicians are. I had SNS nails then a couple weeks later I had a pedicure both were great..!!!!

On Sundays when they first open I normally come in and they are all so friendly and do an amazing job! I’d definitely recommend coming here! It’s just a relaxing atmosphere and the prices are great especially for the work they do!
Faith is my absolute favorite! She does an incredible job and is super sweet! Seriously recommend coming here !

My experience at Nail Queen in Woodstock was disappointing. The color, shape, and length of my nails were all incorrect, and I am unhappy with the results. I will not be returning to this salon in the future.

Pedicure. ??
I feel bad bc it was an old man but asked for the. Extra(!) callus remover . Did not do it((i wasn’t paying attn) Not good job on the application of the polish. I have had so much better in other salons, will not go back.

Not a clean place at all. Cuticles and nails were roughly done. Didn't paint to the cuticle, so it looked like it was 2 weeks old already.

Nail Queen Inc. is an amazing salon, excellent work and they make you feel like family. Mai & Johnny are wonderful, definitely recommend! ?

I would not recommend. Towels and bowls were dirty, staff was not very friendly.

Walked in and walked out! A wasp flying around and a roach on the floor in the entrance. I gave three stars because I was glad they could make me an appointment but I’m not interested in taking roaches home with me.

Hardly any water - nothing added to the water even though chose higher than a basic pedicure - water barely warm - kept sliding down out of chair.
