I'm unsure if I want to create an experience based on Google reviews I read, which was all of them. Seems a pattern has formed in which I will fall squarely into the minority of. Leaving me disappointed due to it's convenient location ?

I'd recommend just attempting to resolve any issues with t mobile or their devices online because in-person support clearly isn't their strong suit. I was told in store to look at filing a claim online. Directed online to go to a store to resolve a claim. Told at the store to go online to do anything.

Set up autopay with them (requires a card to set up). Every month they claim it didn’t work and they have to charge extra 80$ using the same card that’s on file… lying company here to steal your money. DO NOT USE.

Awful store, location is everything. I have not been in the area before. I was trying to port my phone number...where do I begin. Only one salesperson with ten customers. Not only did they take my money and claimed to have ported number before I left the store. I discovered later that I could call out ,but could not recieve call!"""

A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Metro! They helped change over service for my daughter’s and my phones. It was a time consuming process, but they were so patient! Thanks guys!

Just bought 2 phones here last week. The girl was extremely helpful. However they gave me one phone for free with a new line and I had to pay for and upgrade on my phone. To my surprise they charged and extra $30 a phone for a package that you had to get. This came with a case so I did it. We got home and opened the phones to find there is no charger. There is a cord but it's to connect to another phone. So I have no charger for either phone. I have tried for several days to get this addressed and nothing has been done. I was told it would be an additional $25 for a charger. When you buy any phone since the day they first came out you get a charger. This is absolutely the craziest thing not to get a charger for not one but both phones...If this isn't addressed I will be having to call the Metro corporate store. I asked for the manager or owner to contact me but this hasn't happened.

Got a phone here a couple days before Christmas. Now half way into January the phone does not work. It will not connect to the network. Worked with metro, it’s not there service it’s just a bad phone. Went into this store (which is where I bought the phone) the person working at the store would do NOTHING to help me. Just told me to call metro pcs. Would not fix it, would not replace it or give me a refund. She even refuse to give me a manager contact name or a corporate contact name. She would do nothing at all to help me all she would keep saying is call metro pcs 611.Come to find out this store is not a corporate store of metro pcs so they can’t do anything to help you when you get sold bad phones..After doing some research on my own, this phone has known issues of connecting to networks. This store will not tell you any of that. They will just sell you bad products and then just laugh at you and say “ oh well, not our problem “ when it doesn’t work.SO WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT THIS STORE. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE BUYING A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLAR PAPPER WEIGHT

I'm done!!! We have been customers here for several years. I have 3 lines. My wife needed a new phone cause her screen broke. We paid $80 for a new Samsung. Out of the box this phome wont hold a chrage and sometimes won't charge. Took it up the next day and was told they can't replace it they had to order a replacement. Should've just replaced the phone then it doesnt work!?! However we signed paperwork for a replacement and were told it would be in and that they would call. 2 weeks and no one called so we called and someone said they called and no one answered so they sent it back. DUE WHAT! First no voicemail was left ,2nd you know the phone doesnt work so maybe email or call the main # on the account and 3rd why would you send it back!! So now we have to go and start over. I am calling the main office when I get time between work and all my kids extra activates this week. Maybe they will acctually help!

Went in to purchase new phones, treated us like we were irritating them by asking questions about the phone options. Literally last straw with you guys. Since tmobile took over service has gotten worse and worse. Just lost a long time customer. I'll be switching carriers.

Googled the business hours and said opens at 10am. Get there at 10:40 not open. Sign says open at 11. Wait till 11:15 no employees. Very poor business practice

Just a heads up, do not buy any accessories from this store it says Metro PCS/T-Mobile on the door the only thing that the store has to honor is the actual service/phones all of the accessories are pretty much black market if anything breaks or doesn’t work you will only be able to exchange it, you will not get a refund I repeat you will only be able to exchange ALL merchandise you will not get a refund so sad that metro/T-mobile allows this place to represent them. The store front should say “Cell Phones” this is not a metro/T-mobile store, buyer beware.
