We were in this store today and worked with Marques - he went above and beyond to help us!! We had a totally broken ATT phone and could not even get into our information. We had been wanting to switch to T-Mobile so timing made sense to do it now. We ran into many roadblocks with ATT trying to get the number transferred. Marques was eventually able to help us get it completed. I really cannot say enough about him - all with a smile! Wonderful young man!

The young girl kept telling me to just call the 611 number even tho I had no phone service and needed to activate my phone. She just wouldn’t listen to me that I needed to activate the phone. She kept thinking I was adding a line when I told her I wasn’t. Went to straight talk instead

Karla Lopez is my hero. She deserves a raise and a recognition for the great work and going beyond her requirements. My phone quit working after 5 months not only did she get me a new 1 but my mom who had passed away in Jan she was able to retrieve all pic and voice-mail. You are an Angel and I hope they know what they have.

I tried calling metro store to ask if they had a specific screen protector for my phone and when they picked up they kept banging phone on counter and the pressing numbers as to not want to answer the phone.

I called they picked up phone and started banging it on the counter …. Wouldn’t answer if you don’t enjoy your job go elsewhere… I just wonder how they treat customers in store smh I am a advocate for another company was calling to see if they had a screen protector I was out of .., so that would of made them business but lord no…CHILDISH IS ALL I CAN SAY

Very shady people running this place. My bill is twice as much as they told me it would be after me verifying it multiple times. Charged me extra for two phone chargers I never asked for nor authorized the charge for. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice an extra $60 for chargers I didn't want. Returned them next day and was given attitude about it. Very poor customer service, won't be back to this location

Poor customer service. Has you sign contracts you have no idea about. The entire time you buy a phone they continue to drill you to get extra stuff. I tried to change providers and was told my phone is locked until I pay another month then I can switch over. These ppl only care about getting money and commission . I DO NOT recommend. Also the hispanic lady is the one that tries to get all your money. Will not tell you the conditions of what you signed for. Also made me pay another month just so I don’t have to deal with them and switch providers.
