Very bad service the people who serve give bad service

The young girl kept telling me to just call the 611 number even tho I had no phone service and needed to activate my phone. She just wouldn’t listen to me that I needed to activate the phone. She kept thinking I was adding a line when I told her I wasn’t. Went to straight talk instead

Karla Lopez is my hero. She deserves a raise and a recognition for the great work and going beyond her requirements. My phone quit working after 5 months not only did she get me a new 1 but my mom who had passed away in Jan she was able to retrieve all pic and voice-mail.
