I've been coming to see this group since they were in Towne Lake, over 20 years. Recently I have to come in every week to have something fixed. The you get guy who does acrylics does poor work and I always have to shape them up myself. I can't go 2 weeks without a nail breaking. I don't know if it is technique (or lack there of) or the products are old, buy I won't be back. I was just charged full price plus repairs to fix a full set that did not last 5 days. I also walked out barefoot because no one could be bothered to get me disposable shoes. It's very disappointing the way this business has gone downhill, but If they don't care if one customer is unhappy then I'm sure they will be fine.

I have been going to this local nail salon for awhile. But today’s visit involved the female owner on her phone (on speaker) loud for 30 minutes plus . It was extremely annoying to me and other customers I asked her to turn it down and she did. Her husband got all in my face about it and defending it! I will never going back! What a way to treat customers

My teenage daughter and her friends came here to get their nails done before fall break. They all left unhappy with the quality. These are my daughter's nails. The tips are crooked, the color is uneven, the powder is very think. My daughter is young and they were dropped off, so she didn't feel comfortable speaking up about how they looked, but she went all through fall break unhappy with her nails that she paid for herself.

The owner was cursing me out in Vietnamese like I couldn’t understand.I had to go back 8 days after getting my nails done there ($50 plus $25 tip) but they ALL cracked from the root because of old powder.It took them almost 2 hours to allegedly “fix my nails” with this purple sloppy smudgy white.I showed the owner how bad this looked and she cursed me out loud in her language again and charged me $40 second time for this!She had no manners or respect for me as a client.She said all her clients come there for SNS every 2 weeks, it explains.Services: Manicure

Horrible service! Nail polish all old and thick and chips in hours. I got a new set of acrylic nails put on for a wedding and my nail broke the next day. I had to go to a new salon to get if fixed. I do not recommend this place at all. Very rude owners and they don’t treat there customers with ANY respect!

I recommend this salon. The staff is wonderful. They were very engaging with their customers, seemed to really have great time, and did a very nice job on nails and toes.

Love this nail salon The owner is always there and he is very friendly and funny. Their nail techs are very gentle and polite and my nails always look great when I leave. The prices are also very reasonable.

I’ve been going here forever & they always do a great job. The owners, Wynn & Theresa really care about their customers. Wynn is really funny & Theresa is the hardest worker I know. I get S&S done every month here & they always accommodate my complicated requests. Their pricing is also some of the best around so it’s definitely a great value for your money.
