While you may deal with crime, don't treat us all like criminals. Just because the sheriff's office dispatches you, doesn't make us all bad people. I was courteous and polite and you still treated me badly.

One of the tow truck drivers stuck their middle finger out at my wife whole in a Mauldin tow truck. When I called to notify them of their drivers behavior, I talked 2 separate supervisors and all they did is make excuses. Neither person wanting to make the statement that their drivers shouldn't just flick people off and that it's not a good look for the company. I'll never use them for any of my roadside assistance nor with any other issues. I guess there's a reason that they have a 3 star rating and I just gave them 1 star. Terrible customer service.

Towed my car when I went for help. It was off the road and only there a couple hours when they got it. They said the Sheriff's office notified them but no record exists of that call. They changed the color of the trucks to dirt car graphics.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. I don't see how they are so in business. I simply wanted my belongings out of my car they towed. I offered to sign the car over to them. Just give me my things. They have refused. My mother's house key. All the keys to my vehicles. The quilt i made for my daughter. My banking info my debit cards. Everything I owned was in there. I was left with the clothes on my back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE I CAN TO WARN PEOPLE.

Recently I wrecked my car and we all Kno what a stressful event this is . These guys were GREAT they did everything including towing it home for Me . My driver EVEN asked how I was feeling!!! Their customer service ( and I myself work in the same field) was AWESOME !!! THANKS GUYS !!!

My sister broke down and Matt was in the right place at the right time helped my sister big time. Will use this company from now on. He was so polite and caring he got her out of a scary situation. Matt was a hero on a Sunday night. Thank Matt

Rudest most disingenuous people I've ever dealt with. 500+ dollars for a tow. I suppose that was the county too, even though it wasn't impounded. There's a reason why people have a problem with your business. I hope people look into you before doing business.And to add another thing...you say you have pictures on file. When I asked for pics I was told by you that only the registered owner could take them. Such liars.In addition, I was not notified of the collision, nor was l ever given an option to have it hauled to me. I also never gave you or the Cherokee SO permission to let you touch it. Going to really enjoy our day in court.

I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 star if it was possible.Mauldin's are a bunch of crooks.They will straight up lie to your face.They are extremely rude whilescrewing a disabled VETERAN out ofmoney I can't afford to do without!! Iguess I'Il have to do without food ormedicine this month and nextmonth!!!

Don't trust these people. They're money hungry and difficult to deal with. I was charged $1,460.00 when my truck was impounded and held for 30+ days. My house was only 1/4 of a mile from where I was stopped. They should be ashamed of themselves... but then that would mean they have a conscience..

Very nice friendly people. I have used them for body work and towing. Highly recommended been in business since 1961. My only choice for collision work or towing.
