I had a few appointments with Linda who gave a good cut but I found rude. Her language was crass. One appointment she talked to the stylist next to her the entire time like I was not in the chair. She was also late for appointments- I mean she was not at work when I arrived. Finally, I arrived for my appointment and was told she would arrive shortly but after 15 minutes she had not arrived and no one had said anything more to me. I left and there was no follow up with anyone.Service: Haircut

I never have written a negative review for a hair salon but I have also never dealt with such a rude stylist. I had waited a couple of times for Linda to arrive for my appointment but this last time she was not there after 15 minutes. No one at the salon spoke to me about her tardiness nor tried to determine why she was not there. Very unprofessional. I walked out and no one from the salon reached out to see why I left.

New to the area, I went on a search for a much needed cut and color and Luminous Salon was my find and I loved it. Linda who cut my hair, colored and styled was so wonderful. It was fun to visit and get to know her as she worked. I was extremely pleased with the staff there and with the services offered and would definitely rate it at the top. The entire staff were kind and responsive. Love this place and strongly recommend.

Loved my experience with Alyssa - she did a cut and full highlight & I would highly recommend her. She was able to accomplish the exact look I was going for and my hair feels so healthy. I will be booking with her again.

I have never been treated the way Lynn had talked to me. She was rude while telling me my appointment was cancelled less than an hour from my scheduled time! I will never go there and can't imagine why anyone would consider this salon when this type of behavior from the owner no less happens to a new client!

Lynn and her team did a wonderful job styling my wedding party's hair! Working with Lynn was hassle-free, and she was sure that I was 100% happy with my hairstyle. She offered great suggestions and worked my fine/slippery hair into a secure updo that lasted the whole night. There is not enough great things that I could say about this salon. I’ve been getting my hair cut here a few times now and every single time have had the absolute best experience. I had it cut today by Morgan and she gave me exactly what I wanted and I am so impressed. Lynn has cut my hair in the past and has done an exceptional job as well. Highly recommend this salon. Thanks for being so on top of your game girls!

I had a cut with Morgan. I came with a picture of what I wanted and left with something not even close. I had to tell her several times where my hair needed to be cut differently and the styling was basically non existent. Will not return.Service: Haircut

Kayla did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair! She spent 6 hours color correcting and making her hair beautiful after I had many failed attempts of removing stubborn blue dye my daughter used over the summer. I highly recommend and they have gained us as customers for life!
