Last two (2) times I ordered, arrived for curbside, inform we have arrived via app and nobody comes out. After waiting 20 minutes had to go in myself and wait.

This was my first and last time using Lowe’s curbside pickup. I waited 30 minutes total for my order. I called 15 minutes in and again after another 20 minutes, yet still no one brought out my order. This defeats the whole purpose of curbside pickup. Very disappointed with the service.

Poor front desk customer service. No will…knows how to help, yet goes out of their way not to until shown how they can help with a little effort. In turn, they present an attitude which is condescending and rude. Good customer service is a skill which today’s front desk did not possess. As the saying goes…Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

Called to get pricing on a specific washer to purchase today. Older man answered & I asked if he had a Whirlpool with impeller & agitator. I asked if he could give me the drum size & price. He proceeded to tell me, "We have a lot & you can go online & look for yourself!" He put the phone down & came back & mumbled something off real quick about a Maytag & then said, "I don't know prices, I've got other people..." I told him I appreciated him checking. I told him, "I can tell you didn't want to help & I think you are so rude & I will never come to that store because of your nasty behavior!" I hung up & immediately called back to report how I was treated to the manager. I spoke with a supervisor named "Ian" who apologized for this associate speaking to me in such a terrible way & asked me to give Lowe's another opportunity. I told him that I appreciated his apology, but that because of an employee's unprofessional, lazy, rude behavior, I will never do business with them. Lastly, I told this supervisor that if that old man associate spoke so disrespectfully to me, you can believe he's speaking to others like that too. My money is going to Home Depot for a new washer!

Fabulous people in Large Appliances. TJ is a very courteous and very competent salesperson. If you are looking for major appliances, this Lowes store is a great place to shop. They get my highest rating of 5/5.

Always on it...I deliver some projects for Lowes, and I can tell you from that standpoint, Lowes looks out for their customers just as they would their own family.

Our local lowes is awesome. Its always very clean, friendly staff, and they added self checkout, which really helps out on the busy weekends. Their garden area with all the flowers and plants is always my favorite. They have a huge variety of everything. You never have to pick through and find the good ones. They take care and take time to make sure everything is watered. We've purchased all of our appliances from here as well and never have any issues. We even have purchased from their "scratch and dent" area and found a great washer. Bathrooms are always clean. Stop here for all your homes needs.

Ordered 8 gallons of paint or so and went to check out. The guy standing there wouldn’t assist. Said it was only self check out and no one would be available to help. Felt bad for the ladies who made the paint, but if no one will help check out, I can’t buy it. Unfortunate they would rather watch you check yourself out and lose business than to assist with check out. SMH
