My wife had an order from her doctor to go to LabCorp for bloodwork. We have a balance with LabCorp and we pay them $100 a month automatically charge to our credit card when my wife got there. They demanded $650 from my wife otherwise they would not provide any service to her, my wife called me. I said that we pay $100 a month it automatically deducted to our credit card and which the receptionist got on the phone and told me if I can’t prove that they are not going to provide any service to my wife, I’m at work. I don’t have my paperwork it’s at home , they can’t look it up in their computer system but yet they can tell me I have a balance. I bet they don’t do this with illegal aliens. I bet you they get all the blood. They need

The office is beautiful and clean and the staff were incredibly kind. I had an appointment and I don't think I sat down and waited for longer than a minute. The person drawing blood (didn't catch name) was very personable, truly seemed to love her job and wanted to ensure that I was comfortable. I'll be sure to use this site in the future.

After a debacle at Towne Lake, waiting 45 to not be told how much longer the wait was left and walking out. I was 30 mins early with an appointment, I didn't even sit down in the waiting room. Out the door in 10 mins, simple test.

I had never been to one of these places before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. As it turned out, I had an excellent experience.
I used their text notification deal from the parking lot to let them know I had arrived, and before I could set my phone down, they texted me back that they were ready for me. The instructions said to be there 15 minutes before my appointment, and this was actually about 25 minutes before, on a Friday morning. Anyway, they had already received the lab orders from my doctor electronically, Glenda was great, the blood draw was smooth and professional, and I was back in the car and heading out ten minutes later.

Samantha was so kind and took her time to find the best vein possible so she'd only have to stick me once. I greatly appreciated that, as usually I am a pincushion and feel like an experiment. So thankful for her! The location is beautiful and very clean - the nicest I've been to. All the staff were so kind and helpful, and very efficient. We will definitely return! (and we'd love to have you in Jasper one day!)

Lobby has a 65 decibel loud light that clearly needs replacement and a handyman that has not been fixed in 2 years.Lobby plays ads on non stop. No I don't need to hear about getting my sperm tested every 30 seconds for 30 mins.Why can't a corporation make patients comfortable in a Lobby in 2024?

Beware if you are self pay patient! They are extremely more expensive than Quest Lab and they will say that you are paying in full at the visit but once they collect your blood they can and will run additional test without your approval and then bill you later for them.

This is the best Labcorp there is! Everyone on the staff are amazing. We never wait long and it’s so professional and nice. They are AMAZING with pediatric! So grateful for you all!

Door opens at 1:00Pm after there lunch break . I was in and out like a nascar pit stop . Staff attitudes were fantastic. The only way they could have gotten me out faster , they would have to throw me out ?????

I went to my doctors lab 20 minutes before my husband went to Labcorp. I has 5 vials of blood taken and my wound is smaller than a freckle. Took my husband to Labcorp for one vial of blood and his arm is bruised from finger nails to elbow BAD!!! Next time Labcorp let’s just cut off his arm ok! 2 days now and he’s still unable to move his right arm . Granted it was lunchtime so I guess employees had other things on their mind other than patient care. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUTCHER SHOP! Then I try to call no one is answering figures. So very damn sad and unethical!!

Wonderful and very friendly place. Girls were very helpful. Glenda in the front was very helpful with finding my order. Vega in the back was very funny. Fast service and delightful place will be coming back for all blood work.

I tried to go to lab Corp in Canton. The web site shows it as open. After several calls I found it had been closed but the web site was not updated.
