I was trying to fill a mild pain medication after a dental procedure and my dentist printed my RX on paper from computer and signed it. This location made me feel like I was some drug seeker or scammer because they needed to call my dentist to verify. Then said well we can call but it will be tomorrow and we may not have it in stock by then!?! The way this kid was looking at me was so nasty and judgmental. I work in healthcare and understand that there may be roadblocks to filling a medication but he easily could of said “oops your doctor put this on wrong paper, we need to verify before we can fill this are you ok picking I tomorrow” I would have been fine. I am already in pain last thing I need is a guilt trip for wanting to be able to sleep without my mouth throbbing. My entire family uses Kroger but they will be canceling their prescriptions and having them transferred elsewhere. I left this pharmacy almost in tears for how they treated me.

Horrible!!!! Hurtful!!!! Hurtful!!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!!! Very very racist and nasty towards black people. Please close this racist place down. I spoken with an employee over the phone and they said they had my medication. I then drove there to pick it up, Well the white lady looked at me as ? disgusting and said they didn't have my medication. A second white lady came to the counter/ head manager looked at me with disgust and frowns in her face. She gave me my prescription back they didn't even look it up at all. This was the same manager who rudely one time before hurriedly rudely rush my prescription to the counter nastyly didn't want to put it in my hand as l reached for it. She acted like I had a disease or if I was vomit.I don't understand l placed it in your hands ? with courtesy why can't you do the same for me. As I have been going there they are always nasty and very very rude!!!! How can you tell someone we have your medication and when you get there they tell you we don't have it. Well I also notified Kroger manager of this, Shame on these folks so Pathetic. They need a whole new staffing, Close this racist Kroger Pharmacy Down. It's been at least 10 months and never has my medication.I know it's because I reported their rude behaviors before. The date is the 12/4/23 time 12:53 noon. ? Thinking of getting ⚖ legal help. Have a lawyer look into if Kroger Pharmacy sold the medication l used that day, While being Discriminating to me telling me they didn't have it. Sad as they clearly told me they have it. Please anyone help me, l really really need advice.

They don't pull expired meat, milk, etc. off the shelves. I've ended up with expired products several times. Very frustrating. If you shop here, be sure to check the expiration dates closely.

I have had so many problems with this pharmacy it’s ridiculous. My doctor would prescribe 4 or 5 refills throughout the year and I would go to pick up a prescription and they would tell me I have no refills available. This has happened to me three times with two different doctors…Every time I would try to get this resolved the pharmacy would blame the doctor and the doctor would blame the pharmacy. Every pharmacist I spoke with was ZERO help and some even blamed me. The most recent issue I had was resolved by Katie, who was so nice and genuinely wanted to help. She is the only pharmacist at Kroger that was actually helpful that I have dealt with.

After being with Kroger Pharmacy for 20 years, it's the last straw and I've moved on. I don't understand the logic of why I need to come back hours later after already waiting hours to get simple refills. Especially when there is no one waiting but me. Seems to me the customer waiting in store should take priority than others who are not in store. Pouring pills from a larger container to a smaller one should not take hours. Then getting smart mouthed by a Pharma employee, well that just finished me off. Bye bye Kroger. Avoid if you can.

The worst! just had surgery and they said it was too late to fill my pills needed last night and would have to wait and was too late in day to do a transfer. It was 6:15 pm. lolHad doctor call it in to Walgreens. No problem got what i needed elsewhere. Very Rude and Unprofessional in medical industry. Pharmacy is worst then Kroger's subpar Produce!

Absolute Worst Pharmacy ever! Closed early on one occasion 7:55 while i was standing there they were already going to clock out and gates were down. Then today Just called to ask if they had a backordered Medicine in stock that most are out of and doctor had to send it in asap. The answer I received was "cant tell you over phone if we have it" . WHAT? you expect me to roll the dice and have doctor send over or personally carry it in. just to be told you are out of it And the stores can not find out stock of others not very bright as you can see, . So they expect you to drive to each location to take a chance .. called 8 Publix's no luck but were very helpful, 6 Kroger's answered and did not have it. Walmart was out at 3 local locations. Finally found it at another location. Everyone answered the question but the horrible people at this store. Need to learn to help patients . My child needed his refill and they very well could have had it. Never Never will i step foot in the location again and will advise everyone I know to use Publix or other places.

Any grocery store always has pros & cons & room for improvement... I will say the reason this Kroger is rated so high in my eyes is the customer service & overall feeling in the store. I always feel so welcomed & taken care of. It also doesn't feel like a hospital & blinds you because of how bright it is inside (Publix lol). The employees have always been super friendly & helpful. Sheila, the manager of Clicklist, is a great example of how this Kroger will do whatever they can to help you & make you feel heard. Clicklist is also a great addition to this store & they manage to accept & complete a lot of orders daily which is different than some of the other Kroger's/grocery pick up's in the area. I've always had a pleasant experience with that department. It's a huge area they serve which will reflect in the availability & quality of their products ESPECIALLY depending on when you go. I think it's definitely worth talking to store or department managers/employees to find out when trucks come in/the best time to shop is, to ensure you get everything you need & the quality you want. I definitely wouldn't recommend going at 10pm at night & if you do just be understanding at how the grocery business works & how many people this store serves. As someone who previously worked at this store, I believe it's a great store but like anywhere, could use some improvement. All I suggest is just be patient & gracious, which should be the case when you visit anywhere, and definitely look into Clicklist or other grocery pick up methods if shopping in store isn't for you!

Drive was closed at 20 til 8 so I went in. The drop-off window was closed and all the windows were narrowed to one line. 3 deep, not too bad. The lady on front of me was elderly and had a walker. They made her wait in the line, standing while everyone went about closing activities, until the lady in front of her was almost done. Finally someone came to help her. As I was led away 7:56 a lady was being waited on as another employee (boy with black curly shaggy hair) turned off all the lights and closed the partition up to her - she was left in the complete dark. Again. 7:57. She finished. Walked away and he closed it the rest of the way. Still 7:57.These guys need a lesson in customer service, courtesy, empathy, and just some common sense. They are acting like they get paid if they work a min past 8pm.

Made a comment today to the store mgr. Santos(?) about a product that had a recent 50% price increase from a few weeks ago. It was a Kroger brand and I asked why so much more. Two, maybe three times he asked me unrelated about this increase and I stated to him he wasn't answering the question. I mentioned that we have choices where to shop and that no one (most likely) is getting 50% pay increases AFTER TAXES. After the last unrelated reply from him, I just chuckled and said you're just wasting time, not answering. He walked away like he didn't get it. Reminded me of a certain politician (need I say who?).

Taking business elsewhere. This Kroger Pharmacy is terrible. Multiple times I have had a prescription refilled here for it to not be in stock. Refilling it requires them to call my Dr. Which never happens. So then I have to call and do the requesting for them. I thought it was a one off until it happened multiple times. The prescription is then placed on order. I have been off my medicine for going on two weeks to be told they arrived amount was allocated to others after I was told my prescription was being filled on a certain date and time. I have been placed on hold to “be hung up on”…. If you’re smart, go elsewhere. Don’t make my mistakes.

Meh. It's never been super, but it was tolerable and they are mostly helpful. Today I'm a little aggravated. Called and spoke to someone, after expressing I was irritated she said "well I guess next time you come in the store"... I'm sick. I don't want to come back. I was JUST THERE. If your staff were more thorough, this could be a 5 star review.
